"New Tutorial" "Hoppy Easter"

"Hoppy Easter"
"You will need any version of Paint Shop Pro"
My DD_PinkEaster_Licious Scrap Kit.
Here
Mask of choice, Tube of choice, Font Of Choice.
I used the Duchess Font. wordart of choice.
I used the word art of TinaLedBetter.
I am using the artwork of Ismael Rac, please Do Not use same tube
Without the proper license. you may find his tubes.
Ok, Ready?
Open a new 600x600 blank canvas and floodfill with white.
Open paper of choice from the kit, copy and paste it onto canvas.
Open your mask, go to layers, new mask layer from image, a box will pop up.
Source window, find your mask in the drop-down menu.
Source luminance checked, invert unchecked and click ok. apply mask.
Duplicate your masked layer. on the original mask layer, go to adjust,
Blur, gaussian blur of 20%, click ok. hide white background, merge the mask layers.
Unhide your white background.
Open the Flower Circle Frame from the kit.
Copy and paste onto your canvas. With magic wand, click inside the circle
Selections modify expand by 4, copy and paste paper of choice,
Selections, invert, hit delete, select none. move paper below the frame.
Add a drop shadow to the frame.
Back on the circle frame layer, magic wand, selections, modify, expend by 4.
Add your tube, position her where you want, selections, invert, hit delete.
Selections none. Add a drop shadow to your tube.
Add your tube again on top of all layers. Drop shadow tube.
Add any embellishments you want from the kit.
Position where you want or use my tag as a reference.
Add drop shadows to all embellishments. Sharpen if needed.
On the flower bunches you choose make sure you
Position them on top of the merged mask layer. add drop shadows.
Add your name in font of choice with colors or papers from the kit.
Add a drop shadow to your name.
Add all Artist copyright info, and your watermark.
Save as a .Png file.
