I am using the Fantastic Art of Keith Garvey. Please Do Not

use the same tube without a license. You may purchase his

tubes Here. http://www.mypsptubes.com/

Open my template, shift D to duplicate close the original. On

the deco layer, select all, selections float, defloat, copy and

paste a paper of choice from the kit, selections invert, hit

delete. selections none. add a drop shadow of choice.
delete the deco layer. Repeat these steps on the other

deco layer. On the grey circle layer, select all, float, defloat,

copy and paste a paper of choice, selections invert, hit

delete. selections none. delete the grey circle layer. add a

drop shadow. On the white circle frame layer, select all,

selections float, defloat, copy and paste a paper of choice,

white circle frame. On the circle layer you just filled with a

paper, selections all, float, defloat, copy and paste your

tube, selections invert, hit delete. drop shadow the tube. On

the large black rectangle layer, selections all, float, defloat,

copy and paste a paper of choice, selections invert, hit

delete. select none. add a drop shadow. On the white

rectangle frame, select all, float, defloat, copy and paste

paper of cjoice, selections invert, hit delete. selections

none. add a drop shadow to the white frame layer. Repeat

these steps on the other rectangle layer. Back on the

rectangle layers, selections all, float, defloat, copy and

paste your tube, selections invert, hit delete. selections

none. add drop shadows to the tube. On the bottom motif

layer, selections all, float, defloat, copy and paste a paper

of choice, selections invert, hit delete. add a drop shadow,

sharpen if needed. delete the motif layer. On the heart

cluster layer 1, select all, selections float, defloat, copy and

paste a paper of choice, selections invert, hit delete.

selections none. delete the heart cluster 1 layer. Repeat

these steps on the other heart cluster layer. Add any

embellishments you want to your tag. add drop shadows. If

you want, you can delete the Rose deco layer, and add a

watermark. save as a .png file.
