"You Will Need"
Psp, any version will do. Animation Shop.

"Ok, Let's Begin"

Open a new blank canves 550x550. floodfill with white.
Foreground black, background null. using your eclipse tool, width 6
draw a good sized circle of your choice, objects, align center in canvas.
with your magic wand, tolerance 10, feather 0, continuous and anti-alias
both checked. click inside the circle, sel modify, expand by 1, resize paper
to 800x800, copy and paste the paper, sel invert, hit delete. sel none.
add a drop shadow, on the black outline on the circle,
sel all, float, defloat, copy and paste a paper of choice, sel invert,
hit delete. sel none, add a drop shadow, sharpen.move this layer
above the circle layer.

Add your christmass tree from the kit, position to the right, add a drop shadow.
sharpen. Now on the tree layer, copy and paste an ornament from the kit,
resize to your liking. add a drop shadow, sharpen. now duplicate the ornament
layer for as many as you want on the tree. hide all layers except for
the ornament layers. merge these layers visible.

Add a new layer over the white background.
sel all, copy and paste a paper of choice into selection. sel none.
open your mask, go to layers, new mask layer, save mask to alpha channel
apply mask, merge group. Duplicate the mask layer, and on the original
mask layer, go to adjust, blur, gaussian blur of 10.00, click ok.
On the copy of mask layer, merge down. use the deform tool
to pull the mask out on all sides.

Add any embellishments you want from the scrap kit, position. see my
tag as reference. add drop shadows, and sharpen if needed.
Add your tube on top of all layers, colourize, add a drop shadow.

Add all Artist copyright info to your tag. Add your name, add your watermark.

"Animation"

On your merged mask layer, go to adjust, add noise, uniform
and monochrome checked at 30%, edit, copy merged, and paste your tag
into animation shop as new animation. go back to psp, undo noise,
adjust, add noise at 35%, edit, copy merged and paste into animation shop
after current frame. Go back to psp, undo add noise, adjust, add noise
at 35%, edit, copy merged, paste into animation shop after current frame.
view animation. If you are happy with the animation, save as a .gif file.
