"Simply Elegant"
This Tutorial was written by Me on Sept. 6th, 2010, using Psp9.
You must have a good working knowledge of psp9 and its tools for this tut.
You must also have a good working knowledge working with masks.
You must also have a good working knowledge with Animation Shop...:)
"Supplies Needed"
Animation Shop 3
Muriel Meister's Copies Plugin
WSL_Mask61, Here or mask of your choice.
My PTU "Chic Blue" Scrap Kit, Here
Tube of choice, Font of choice.
"Ready? Let's Go"
1.) Open your mask in Psp and minimize it for now.
2.) Open a new blank 600x600 canvas and floodfill with white.
Copy and paste a paper of your choice and apply your mask. Duplicate the mask layer.
On the original mask layer, go to adjust, blur, gaussian blur of 25%. click ok.
Hide your white background and merge the mask layers visible.
Add a slight drop shadow of your choice. With deform tool pull mask out on all sides.
3.) Copy and paste flower bunch of your choice. Place it to the top right.
Add a drop shadow. Duplicate, image, mirror. Duplicate, image flip.
Duplicate, image, mirror, Duplicate, image, flip. Duplicate, image, mirror.
And move it to the middle. Duplicate, image, mirror. Hide all layers except for the
Flower bunch layers and merge them visible. Unhide all other layers.
Make sure the merged flower bunch layers are under the mask layer.
4.) Now copy and paste the DD-ChicBluebow02 Resize it small.
With Muriel Meister's Copies use these settings:
1.) Encircle
2.) Background color white
3.) Circle Mode
4.) Tile Mode
5.) Behind
6.) X and Y=50
7.) Number=12
Click ok.
Now resize this layer 110%, but do not go over the mask layer.
Add a drop shadow of your choice, Sharpen if needed. See my tag as a guide.
8.) Now highlight the frame layer. With magic wand tool, Click inside it.
Selections, modify, expand by 8, copy and paste a paper of your choice. Selections
Invert, hit delete, select none. Add a drop shadow to the paper. Move paper below frame.
9.) Highlight the frame layer, With magic wand tool click inside frame.
Selections, modify, expand by 8, Copy and paste your tube.
Position her inside the frame, Selections invert, hit delete, select none.
Make sure the tube is on top of the paper layer. Add a drop shadow to the tube.
10.) Add a new raster layer above the frame layer. With the picture tube tool.
Pick a round diamond and use these settings:
1.) Scale=100
2.) Step=200
3.) Placement Mode=Random
4.) Selection Mode=Random
Place the diamond tube on any area of the frame and place it on the top on the bow knot.
See my tag for placement. Duplicate the diamond until you have it all around on the frame.
Hide all other layers except for all the diamonds, and merge them visible.
Unhide all other layers. Sharpen the diamond tube layer as needed.
11.) Copy and paste DD-ChicBlueBow06, Resize it to your liking.
Add a drop shadow and place it on the top middle.
12.) Copy and paste the DD-ChicBlueSilky Flowers. Resize them how you want.
Place them on the bottom right side. Add drop shadows to them. Sharpen if needed.
13.) Copy and paste the DD-ChicBlueBowHeartChain02, Resize it.
Add a drop shadow. Sharpen if needed. Place it to the top right. See my tag.
14.) Copy and paste your tube on top of all layers. Add a drop shadow to the tube.
Image, mirror. You may have to move her a little bit.
15.) Add your name in paper patterns of your choice or colors to match your tag.
Add a drop shadow to your name, Sharpen if needed.
16.) Add all artist copyright info and your watermark.
"Animation"
1.) Go to adjust/add/remove noise, Add noise with these settings:
2.) Random
3.) Monochrome Checked
4.) Noise=100%
Click ok.
Go to edit/copymerged and paste into AS.
Go back to Psp and edit undo. Repeat add noise only changing the noise to 95%.
Click ok.
Edit/Copymerged and paste into AS after the current frame.
Go back to Psp, edit undo noise. Repeat noise only changing it to 100%.
Click ok.
Edit/Copymerged and paste into AS after the current frame.
View animation. If you are satisfied with the animation save as a .gif file.
