Halloween Time 2011 ( Animated )

"Supplies you need"

Paint shop pro. Any version will work for this tut.

You must also have a good working knowledge working with masks.

"Animation Shop".

My PTU scrap kit Halloween Time 2011. Here

Wsl_Mask17. Here

Halloween tube of choice, Font of choice.

I am using the awesome artwork of Ismael Rac. Here

Please Do Not use the same tube without a proper license.

"Ready? Let's Start"

1.) In psp open a new blank 600x600 canvas and floodfill with white.

2.) Open the Wsl_Mask17 in Psp and minimize for now.

3.) Copy and paste Halloween paper09 on top of your white background.

Open the Wsl_Mask 17. Go to layers, new mask layer from image.

A box will pop up, Under source window, you will see your mask listed.

Invert mask is unchecked. Load/save mask to alpha channel. Click ok.

Go to layers, Load/save mask from alpha channel. Click ok.

On the mask layer, merge group. Add a drop shadow. ( Optional ).

4.) Repeat the same steps as above for the second paper13.

Hide all layers except for the two mask layers and merge them visible.

Unhide all layers. On the merged mask layers, Using your deform tool

In PspX2 its the pick tool, pull out the mask on all sides to fit the canvas.

5.) Copy and paste the Halloween Trick or Treat frame01.

With your magic wand tool, Click inside the frame. Selections, modify, expand by 6.

Copy and paste Halloween paper02. Selections invert, hit delete. Select none.

Move the paper layer below the frame layer. Add a drop shadow.

6.) . Highlight the Trick or Treat frame. With magic wand tool, Click inside, expand by 15.

Copy and paste one of the beaded ribbons, Selections, invert, hit delete. Select none.

Make sure the beaded ribbon is under the tube layer. Add a drop shadow.

7.) Highlight the frame layer. With magic wand tool, Click inside the frame.

Selections, modify, expand by 15. Open your tube and resize by 80%.

Image/mirror the tube. Copy and paste the tube inside the frame.

Selections invert, hit delete, Select none. Add a drop shadow to the tube.

8.) Copy and paste the Halloween berries and position them on the top left side.

Add a drop shadow. See my tag as a guide. Make sure this layer is under the mask layer.

9.) Copy and paste the Flower Bunces and position them on the top left side moving them slightly to the right side. Add drop shadows to them.

10.) Copy and paste the Halloween Time triple frame01. Resize 80%.

With your magic wand tool, Click inside the top part of the frame, Selection

Modify, expand by 1. Copy and paste Halloween paper02. Selections, invert, hit delete.

Select none. With magic wand tool, click inside the frame again, Copy and paste tube.

Selections invert, hit delete, Select none. Drop shadow the tube.

Repeat this same step for the other two images on the frame.

Make sure the tubes layers are on top of the paper layers.

11.) Now here you may decorate your tag with embellishments from the kit.

Or you may use my tag as a guide for placing the embellishments.

12.) Add your name in colors or papers to match your tag. Drop shadow your name.

13.) Add all Artist copyright info and your watermark.

"Animation".

1.) Highlight the Trick or Treat frame.

Go to adjust/add noise and use these settings.

1.)Random, Monochrome is checked.

2.) 60%. Click ok.

3.) Edit/Copy merged and paste into AS as a new animation.

Go back to Psp, edit undo noise.

4.) Repeat the add noise at 55%, Click ok.

Edit, Copy merged and paste into AS after the current frame.

Go back to Psp, edit undo noise.

5.) Repeat the add noise at 60%. Click ok.

Edit, Copy merged and paste into AS after the current frame.

View your animation. If your happy with the animation, Save tag as a .Gif file.

"Perfect Blue"

I wrote this Tutorial on Sept, 11th 2011. Using PspX2.

"Supplies Needed"

Animation Shop for animating. ( Optional ).

My Perfect blue scrap kit. Here

Tube of choice, Font of choice.

I am using the awesome artwork of Keith Garvey. Here

Please Do Not use the same tubes as me without a license number.

1.) Open a new canvas 600x600 in Psp and floodfill with white.

2.) On your color pallette Background color is 0066cc Foreground is null.

3.) Using your eclipse tool, Draw out a good-sized circle. Convert to raster layer.

4.) Select all, float, defloat, selections modify, contract by 15, Edit cut selections none.

Add a drop shadow of H/V of 2, opacity-50, blur=6.

5.) With your magic wand tool, Click inside the circle, Selections modify expand by 6.

6.) Copy and paste paper03, Selections invert, hit delete. Select none.

Move the paper below the circle layer. Add a drop shadow of choice.

7.) On the circle frame layer, Selections all, float, defloat.

1.) Adjust/addnoise of 71%.

2.) Random is checked, Monochrome is checked. Click ok.

7.)On the circle paper layer, With magic wand, Click inside the circle.

Copy and paste the Beaded ribbon01. Position the beaded ribbon in the middle.

Selections invert, hit delete. Select none. Add a drop shadow.

8.) Open your tube in Psp. Resize the tube if needed.

9.) With your magic wand, Click inside the circle, frame, Selections, Modify, expand by 8.

Copy and paste your tube, Position her inside, Selections invert, hit delete. Select none.

Add a drop shadow to your tube. H/V=2, Opacity=50, Blur=6.

Make sure your tube is above your paper layer.

10.) Copy and paste your tube again on top of all other layers.

Add a drop shadow of H/V=2, Opacity=50, Blur=6. Image/mirror.

See my tag as a guide.

11.) Copy and paste Flowervine02. Resize is by 80%.

Position the flower vine on the top right side. Add a drop shadow. Duplicate, image flip.

12.) Copy and paste Flower Bunch01. Position it on the top left side.

Copy and paste Flower Bunch02. Position it slightly down. Duplicate, Move it up slightly.

See my tag as a guide to placement. Add a drop shadow to all 3.

Hide all other layers except for the three flower bunces, merge them visible.

Move this layer above the white background making sure they are behind your paper layer.

13.) Now you may decorate your tag with the embellishments to your desire.

14.) Add your name in font of your choice. Add a drop shadow.

15.) Add all Artist copyright info and your watermark.

16.) Animation is optional.

17.) "Animation".

1.)Highlight your circle frame layer. Selections all, float, defloat.

Go to adjust/add noise of 71%. Random and monochrom are both checked.

Edit, copy merged and paste into "AS" as a new animation.

Go back to Psp and edit undo noise. Repeat the add/noise using 61%.

Edit, copy merged and paste into "AS" after the current frame.

Go back to Psp and edit undo noise. Repeat the add noise using 71%.

Edit, copy merged and paste into "AS" after the current frame.

View animation. If you are satisfied with your animation, Save tag as a .Gif File.

My Anytime Template02 Here

Artist tube of choice, Font of choice.

My PTU Scrap Kit "RedNGold".

I used the artwork of Keith Garvey. Here

Please Do Not use the same tube as me without the proper license.

"Ready? Let's Go"

1.)Open my Anytime02 template in Psp. Duplicate and close the original.

Delete my copyright info.

2.)Highlight the large black circle layer. Selections all, float, defloat.

Open paper06 in Psp. On your foreground in the layer pallette, Find the pattern.

Angle=0, Scale=40 and click ok. Highlight the large black circle layer, New raster layer

And floodfill with this layer with the pattern. Select none. Add a drop shadow.

Delete the large black circle layer.

3.) Highlight the large circle frame layer. Selections all, float, defloat.

Copy and paste paper16, Selections invert, hit delete, Select none.

Add a drop shadow and sharpen if needed. Delete the large circle frame.

4.) Highlight the large circle layer, Open your tube resizing 80%.

Image mirror the tube. On the circle layer, Selections all, float, defloat, Position the tube

Inside the circle, Selections invert, hit delete, select none.

Make sure your tube is on top of the paper layer. Add a drop shadow to the tube.

5.)Highlight the long rectangle layer. Selections all, float, defloat.

Copy and paste a paper of choice from the kit. Selections invert, hit delete. Select none.

Add a drop shadow of your choice. Sharpen paper if needed.

Delete the long rectangle template layer.

6.) Highlight the long rectangle layer, Selections all, float, defloat.

Copy and paste your tube, Selections invert, hit delete, select none.

Add a drop shadow to the tube. Now with your pick tool, Slightly angle the tube to the right

Making sure it fits nicely inside the rectangle. See my tag as a guide.

7.) Highlight the long rectangle frame layer. Selections all, float, defloat.

Copy and paste paper09, Selections invert, hit delete, select none.

Add a drop shadow then sharpen paper if needed.

Delete the template frame layer.

8.) Hide all other layers except the tube, paper, and frame on the long rectangle image we just made and merge these layers visible. Unhide all other layers.

9.) Open the gold and red flower bunch from the kit. Place it behind the large circle layer.

Position it to the top left side. Add a drop shadow then sharpen. Duplicate, image mirror.

Repeat this step until you have them all around slightly angling them as needed.

10.) Copy and paste a flower, Resize it to your liking and place it behind the long rectangle

Image slightly moving it out. See my tag as a guide. Add a drop shadow to the flower.

11.) Highlight the bottom rectangle layer. Selections all, float, defloat.

Copy and paste paper10, Selections invert, hit delete, select none. Drop shadow.

Delete the bottom rectangle template layer.

12.) I used a different bow on my tag. You may use any bow you want.

Position the bow on top of the bottom rectangle layer. Add a drop shadow.

13.) Now you may add any embellishments you want resizing them.

Add drop shadows to embellishments and sharpen them if needed.

See my tag as a guide to placements.

14.) Highlight one of the image layers. Selections all, float, defloat, Copy and paste paper of your choice. Selections invert, hit delete, select none. Highlighting this same layer.

Selections all, float, defloat, Resizing tube really small, Copy and paste and position tube inside.

Selections invert, hit delete, select none. Drop shadow the tube.

Delete the frame template layer.

15.) Highlight the image frame layer. Selections all, float, defloat, Copy and paste paper15.

Selections invert, hit delete, select none. Add noise, Random checked, Monochrome checked.

Add noise of 30%, click ok. Sharpen.

16.) Hide all layers except the image layer, tube layer and paper layer we just made

And merge these 3 layers visible. Unhide all other layers.

Repeat the same steps as above for the other image layer.

17. Add your name in pattern or colors of your choice to match your tag.

Add all artist copyright info and your watermark and tube license number.

18.) Save your tag as a .Png File.

"Supplies Needed"

Paint Shop Pro. Any Version.

My ST.Pattys Day Template. Here

My ST. Pattys Day Scrap Kit. Here

Artist tube of choice, Font of choice.

"Ready? Let's Go"

1.) Open my ST. Pattys Day Template. Duplicate and close the original.

Delete my copyright layer.

2.) Highlight one of the flowerbunch layers. Go to adjust, Colourize.

Hue=90, Saturation=60. Click ok. Add a drop shadow.

Repeat this same step for the other two flowebunches. Repeat drop shadow.

3..) Highlight the large black circle layer. Selections all, float, defloat.

Copy and paste paer16. Selections invert, hit delete. Select none. Add a drop shadow to paper.

Delete the large black circle layer.

4.) Highlight the large black circle layer, Selections all, float, defloat, Copy and paste

One of the beadedribbons. Selections invert, hit delete, Select none.

Add a drop shadow to the beaded ribbon.

5.) Highlight the large black circle layer, Selections all, float, defloat.

Copy and paste your tube. Position her inside the circle. Selections invert, Delete.

Add a drop shadow to your tube. Make sure she is on top of the paper layer.

6.) Highlight the long rectangle layer. Selections all, float, defloat.

Copy and paste paper14. In the layer pallette, Set your foreground and background

To the paper14. Set the angle to 70, Repeat 0. Add a new raster layer. Floodfill the rectangle layer. Add a drop shadow to the paper layer. Delete the long rectangle template layer.

7.) Highlight the long rectangle layer, Selections all, float, defloat.

Copy and paste your tube. Position her inside the rectangle. Selections invert, hit delete. Select none. Image/mirror the tube. See my tag as a guide.

Add a drop shadow to the tube layer.

8.) Highlight the botton rectangle template layer. Selections all, float, defloat.

Copy and paste paper5. Set this paper as your foreground and background in layer pallette.

Angle is set at 70, Repeats 0. Add a new raster layer, Floodfill the rectangle. Click ok.

Add a drop shadow to the paper layer.

9.) Highlight one of the image layers. Selections all, float, defloat.

Copy and paste a paper of choice, Selections invert, Hit delete, Select none.

Highlight the image layer, Selections all, float, defloat, Copy and paste tube.

Position her inside the circle, Selections invert, hit delete, Select none.

Add a drop shadow to the tube. Delete the image template layer.

10.) Repeat the same steps as above for the other two image layers. Drop shadow.

11.) Now you may decorate your tag the way you want to.

Add drop shadows to all of the embellishments.

1.) Open my Golden Dreams template in Psp. Duplicate it and close the original.

2.) Highlight the large black circle. Selections all, float, defloat, Copy and paste paper12.

Selections invert, hit delete. Select none. Delete the black circle layer.

Add a drop shadow to the paper layer. Sharpen if needed.

3.) Highlight the white circle frame layer. Selections all, float, defloat.

Copy and paste paper14. Selections invert, hit delete. Select none.

Delete the white frame layer. Add a drop shadow to the frame.

4.) Copy and paste the goldendreamsbeadedframe02 on top of paper.

Resize it using the deform tool being careful not to go over the frame. See my tag.

Add a drop shadow and sharpen if needed.

5.) Highlight the large cicle paper layer. Selections all, float, defloat, Copy and paste tube.

Position tube inside circle, Selections invert, hit delete. Select none.

Add a drop shadow to the tube.

6.) Highlight the long rectangle layer. Selections all, float, defloat, Copy and paste paper2.

Selections invert, hit delete. Select none. Add a drop shadow, Sharpen if needed.

7.) Highlight the long rectangle, Selections all, float, defloat, Copy and paste tube.

Selections invert, hit delete, Select none. Add a drop shadow to the tube.

Image/mirror the tube. See my tag as a guide.

8.) Highlight the large dark grey rectangle layer. Selections all, float, defloat.

Copy and paste paper15. Selections invert, hit delete, Select none. Add a drop shadow.

Sharpen paper if needed. Delete the large dark grey rectangle layer.

9.) Highlight image one layer, Selections all, float defloat, Copy and paste paper14.

Selections invert, hit delete, Select none. Add a drop shadow. Sharpen if needed.

10.) Highlight image1 layer. Selections all, float, defloat, Resize the tube.

Copy and paste it and position inside the circle. Selections all, float, defloat, invert, delete.

Add a drop shadow to the tube. Repeat this same step for the other two image layers.

Delete the three grey image template layers.

11.) Now here you can use any of the embellishments to decorate your tag.

Resizing all of the embellishments. Or see my tag for placements.

Add drop shadows to all embellishments and sharpen if needed. See my tag.

12.) Add your name in colors or patterns of your choice.

13.) Add all artist coptright info on your tag, And your watermark.

14.)Merge your tag visible. Save your tag as a .Png File.

This Tutorial was written by Me using PspX2 and is my own creation.
Any version of Paint Shop Pro will work for this tut.

"Supplies Needed"
Any version of Paint Shop Pro. Animation Shop.
Eye Candy 4000 Plugin Glass.
Mura Meister's Plugin Copies.

Scrapkit used is "Cupid" by Larcolita of Larcolita's Designzs. Here

I am using the artwork of Ismael Rac. Here
Please Do Not use the same tube as me without the proper license.

Tube of choice, Font of choice.

"Ready? Let's Go"

1.) Open a new blank canvas 600x600 and floodfill with white.

2.) Using your preset shapes tool, Pick a heart shape of your choice.
Foreground is black, background is null.
Draw out the heart shape, convert to a raster layer.

3.) Selections all, float, defloat, Add a new raster layer, Floodfill with red.
Go to effects Eye candy 4000 with these settings.
1.) Bevel Width=30.00
2.) Smoothness=75
3.) Inside Marquee
4.) Edge Darkening=30
5.) Gradient Shading=35
6.) Refraction=50
7.) Opacity=0
8.) Tinting=50
9.) Glass Color=Red
Click Ok.

4.) Delete the preset shapes layer.
Resize the heart shape layer at 80% at 2x's.
Go to effects, Mura Meister's Copies with these settings.
1.) Circle
2.) Tile Mode
3. Behind
4.) Encircle
5.) Color Red
6.) Number=12
7.) Shift X and Y=50
8.) Angle=0
9.) Rotation=100
10.) Phase=-25
11.) Cycle=100
12.) Attentuation=0
13.) Scale=100
Leave the rest as is.
Add a drop shadow H&V=2, Opacity=50, Blur=3, Color Black, Click ok.
Sharpen if needed.

5.) Highlight the heart layer. With the magic wand tool, click inside the heart.
Selections modify, expand by 10. Copy and paste paper of choice.
Set your paper pattern as foreground. Angle=0, Scale=30.
Add a new raster layer, floodfill with the paper pattern. Select none.
Add a drop shadow to the paper layer.

6.) Highlight the heart layer, With magic wand tool, Click inside the heart.
Selections modify, expand by 10. Open tube and resize a little bit. Position her inside heart.
Selections invert, hit delete, select none. Add a drop shadow to the tube, sharpen.
Make sure the tube is on top of the paper layer and under the heart frame.

7.) Highlight the white background. Copy and paste the Cupid Hearts1.
Resize it 50%. Go to effects, Mura meister's copies using the same settings used earlier.
Add a drop shadow of choice and sharpen if needed. With deform tool pull mask out to fit canvas.

8.) Copy and paste your tube on top of all other layers. Drop shadow.
Image, mirror and place her to the right side. Sharpen the tube if needed.

9.) Copy and paste the cupid flower6. Resize it 30%. Place it on top left side.
Add a drop shadow of choice, sharpen if needed. Duplicate and image mirror.
Place it on the bottom right side. Move under the tube. See my tag.

10.) Copy and paste cupid flower8. Resize it at 30%. Place it to the top left side.
Duplicate and move it on top of the cupid6 flower moving it slightly.

11.) Copy and paste the cupid balloon1, Resize it to 30%. Place it on top right under tube.
Add a drop shadow and sharpen if needed. Move it out slightly.

12.) Copy and paste the cupid roses and resize them both at 30%.
Place them on both sides of the canvas. Add drop shadows to both. Sharpen if needed.

13.) Copy and paste the cupid rose gif box. Resize it at 20%.
Place it on the bottom left side on top of the rose. Add a drop shadow of choice.

14.) Copy and paste the cupid ring box. Resize it to 20%, then again at 80%.
Add a drop shadow and move it slightly over the gif box. Sharpen.

15.) Copy and paste the hearts2. Resize it to 20%. Add a drop shadow then sharpen.
Place it on the top left side on top of flowers. Duplicate this layer and place it on the bottm left.

16.) Copy and paste the cupid envelope1. Resize it to 20%. Then again at 80%.
Place it to the bottom left side and move it on top of the red rose.
Add a drop shadow and sharpen if needed.

17.) Copy and paste the cupid butterfly2. Resize it to 20%. Then again at 80%.
Add a drop shadow. Place it to the top left side and move it under the little hearts deco.
Duplicate it and place it on the bottom right side on top of the tube.

18.) Copy and paste the cupid chocolate box. Resize it to 20%, then again at 80%.
Place it to the bottom middle and place it on top of the butterfly.
Add a drop shadow then sharpen if needed.

19.) Copy and paste the wordart3. Resize it to 20%. Place it on the left middle side of canvas.
Move it above the cupid layer. Sharpen if needed.

20.) Copy and paste the cupid. Resize it to 20%. Add a drop shadow then sharpen if needed. Place it to the middle left side of canvas and place it move it slightly down the cupid layer.

21.) Add your name in font of choice, colors or patterns.
Add a drop shadow and then sharpen if needed. See my tag.

22.) Add all artist copyright info and your watermark.

"Animation"
1.) Highlight the Hearts frame layer we made in the beginning.
Go to adjust add noise with these settings.
Add/noise=50%, Random, Click ok.
Edit/copymerged, Paste into AS as a new animation.
Go back to Psp and edit, undo noise.
Repeat the add noise only this time hit mix 1- x's.
Edit/copymerged, Paste into AS after the current frame.
Go back to Psp, edit/undo noise.
Repeat the add noise only this time hit mix 1-2 x's.
Click ok. Edit select all, View animation.
If you are satisfied with your animation save tag as a .Gif file.

"Let's Start"

1.) Open my Template Of Hearts in Psp. Shift D to duplicate and close the original.

Delete my copyright info.

2.) Open the mask in Psp and apply. Duplicate the mask layer and on the original.

Go to adjust, blur gaussian blur of 5%, click ok. Hide the white background and merge visible.

With the deform tool, pull mask out to fit the canvas. Unhide white background.

3.) Open the kit in Psp. Highlight the large black circle layer.

Selections all, float, defloat, copy and paste a paper of choice, selections invert, delete.

Select none. Delete the black template circle layer. Add a drop shadow of choice.

4.) Highlight the large black circle frame. Selections all, float, defloat.

Copy and paste a different paper, selections invert, delete. select none.

Add a drop shadow of your choice.

5.) Highlight the bottom grey rectangle layer. Selections all, float, defloat.

Copy and paste a paper of your choice, selections invert, delete. select none.

Add a drop shadow of your choice. Delete the grey rectangle layer.

6.) Highlight the grey rectangle layer, selections all, float, defloat, copy and paste paper.

Selections invert, delete, select none. Add a drop shadow of your choice.

7.) Highlight the darker grey circle layer. Copy and paste a paper of your choice.

Selections float, defloat, copy and paste a paper of your choice.

Selections invert, hit delete, select none. Add a drop shadow of your choice.

Delete the darker grey template layer.

8.) Highlight the lighter grey circle layer. Selections all, float, defloat

Copy and paste a paper of your choice. selections invert, delete, select none.

Add a drop shadow of your choice. Delete the lighter grey template layer.

9.) Highlight the smaller black circle layer. Selections all, float, defloat.

Copy and paste a paper of your choice, Selections invert, delete, select none.

Add a drop shadow of your choice. delete the smaller black template layer.

10.) Highlight the circle layer again we just worked on.

Selections all, float, defloat, copy and paste your tube. Position her in the circle.

Selections all, invert, delete, select none. Add a drop shadow to the tube.

11.) Highlight the red hearts layer. This is the tricky part.

Open a new blank canvas 600x600. Copy and paste the red hearts layer.

With your magic wand tool, click inside the top heart. Selections modify, expand by 5.

Open your tube. Resize the tube 1-2 x's to fit inside the heart. Selections invert, delete. select none. Add a drop shadow to tube.

12.) Now highlight the red hearts layer again and repeat the same steps as the first heart.

Only mirroring the image as you go around the hearts layer. When your done.

You should have an image in each heart. Add drop shadows to each image.

See my tag as a reference.

13.) Highlight the large grey rectangle layer. Selections all, float, defloat.

Copy and paste a paper of your choice. selections invert, delete, select none.

Add a drop shadow of your choice.

14.) Highlight the grey rectangle layer again. Selections all, float, defloat.

Copy and paste your tube. selections invert, delete, select none.

Add a drop shadow to the tube.

15.) Highlight the grey rectangle frame layer. Selections all, float, defloat.

Copy and paste a paper of your choice. selections invert, delete, select none.

Add a drop shadow of choice to the frame. Delete the grey rectangle template frame.

16.) Now you may add any embellishments you want from the scrap kit.

See my tag as a guide for placing the embellishments. Add drop shadows and sharpen.

17.) Add your tube again on top of all layers, Image mirror and place on right side.

Add a drop shadow to the tube, sharpen if needed.

18.) Add your name in font of choice and add your watermark.

Add all artist copyright info and your artist license number.

"Animation"

Highlight the middle circle image paper layer under the hearts layer.

Go to effects, Alien skin Xenofex 2 constellation with these settings.

1.) Star Size=3

2.) Size Variation=0

3.) Edge Star Density=100

4.) Overall Star Density=10

5.) Overdrive=100

6.) Twinkle Amount=100

7.) Twinkle Rotation=45

8.) Keep Original Image

9.) Random Seed=1

Copy Merged and paste into Animation Shop as a new animation.

Go Back to Psp and edit undo constellation effect.

Repeat the constellation effect only changing the random seed.

Copy merged and paste into AS after the current frame.

Go back to Psp and edit undo the constellation effect.

Repeat the constellation effect only changing the random seed.

Copy merged and paste into AS after the current frame.

View animation. Frame properties are set on 10.

If you are happy with your animation, save tag as a .Gif File.

Tube of choice, Font of choice.

I am using the awesome artwork of Ismael Rac. Please Do Not use the same tube

Ready? Let's Do It"

1. In psp open a new 600x600 blank canvas and floodfill with white.

Choose a paper from the scrap kit and copy and paste it onto your canvas.

Open the Wsl_Mask17 and apply. Duplicate the mask layer and on the original mask layer

Go to adjust, blur, gaussian blur of 25%. Click ok. Hide the white background

And merge the two masks layers visible. With your deform tool, Pull mask out on all sides.

Repeat the mask layer with a different paper only do not resize it.

2. Open your choice of the flower bunches and copy and paste it to the left side.

Add a drop shadow of choice. Duplicate and move slightly down.

3. Copy and paste one of the bead circle frames, Resize it 110% 1-2 times

But do not go over the mask layer. Add a drop shadow. Now open any round diamond tube.

Resize it small. Add a drop shadow and sharpen to your liking.

Now duplicate your diamond and place them on every other bead on the frame.

See my tag as a guide. You may resharpen if needed.

4. Highlight the frame layer, With magic wand tool click inside the frame

Selections modify expand by 10. Copy and paste a paper of your choice.

Selections invert, hit delete, Select none. Move paper below the frame.

5. Highlight the frame layer, With magic wand tool, Selections modify, expand by 10.

Copy and paste your tube, Position her, Selections invert, hit delete. Select none.

Add a drop shadow to the tube. Make sure she is on top of the paper layer.

6. Highlight the frame layer again, With magic wand, click inside frame.

Selections modify expand by 10. Copy and paste any one of the beaded ribbons.

Selections invert, hit delete. Select none. Move below the tube layer.

Add a drop shadow and sharpen it as needed.

7. Copy and paste one of the wrap bows and resize it to your liking and place it to the left.

Mine I placed it in the middle on the beaded ribbon. Drop shadow and sharpen if needed.

8. Copy and paste one of the christmas trees and resize it. Place it on right side.

Add a drop shadow and sharpen as needed.

9. Now you may add any embellishments from the kit. Resize them all.

Place embellishments where you want them or see my tag as a reference.

Add drop shadows to them all and sharpen if needed.

10. Copy and paste your tube again on top of all other layers.

Add a drop shadow to the tube and place her to the right side. See my tag.

11. Add your name in colors or patterns from the kit. Add a drop shadow.

12. Add all artist copyright info and your watermark and tube license number.

"Animation"

On the merged mask layer add some noise with these settings.

Monochrome is checked.

1. Random=25

Copy merged your tag and paste into AS.

Go back to psp, edit undo noise. Repeat the add noise using 20%

Copy merged and paste into AS after the current frame.

Go back to psp, edit undo noise.

Repeat the add noise using 25%.

Copy merged and paste into AS after the current frame.

Frame properties set as 10. View your animation.

If you are satisfied with your animation, Save it as a .Gif File.

I wrote this Tutorial on Nov. 22nd, 2010 and is my own creation using Psp9.

You will need a good knowledge working with masks.

Frame used in this tutorial is from a PTU script so i cannot supply it.

Wsl_Mask17, Here or mask of choice.

Artist tube of choice, Font of choice.

I am using the fabulous artwork from Keith Garvey, Here

Please Do Not use the same tube without the proper license to do so.

"Ready? Let's Go"

1. Open a new blank 600x600 canvas and floodfill with white.

Copy and paste a paper of choice from the scrap kit. Apply the mask, Merge group

The mask layer. Duplicate the mask layer, On the original go to adjust, blur

Gaussian blur of 25%. Hide the white background and merge the mask layers together.

Unhide the white background. Resize the merged mask to 110%.

3. Repeat the mask layer above with a different paper, But Do Not resize.

Hide the white background and merge visible the two mask layers.

4. If you want to use the same frame as me, You need to purchase the script.

Resize the frame at 80% a few times. Or use a frame from the scrap kit.

5. Copy and paste a frame from the kit and resize to your liking.

Add a drop shadow of H&V=2, Blur=6, Opacity=50.

With your magic wand tool, Click inside the frame, Selections modify, expand by 8.

Copy and paste a paper of choice, Selections invert, hit delete. Select none.

Move the paper below the frame layer. Add a drop shadow.

Highlight the frame layer, With magic wand tool, Click inside the frame, Selections

Modify, expand by 8, Copy and paste a beaded ribbon of your choice, or candy cane. Selections

Invert, hit delete. Select none. Make sure the beaded ribbon is on top of paper layer.

Add a drop shadow to the beaded ribbon, sharpen if needed.

6. Highlight the frame layer, With your magic wand tool, Click inside the frame

Selections modify, expand by 8, Copy and paste your tube. Position tube inside the frame

Selections invert, hit delete, Select none. Move the tube on top of the beaded ribbon.

Add a drop shadow to the tube same as up above.

7. Copy and paste your tube on top of all other layers. Add a drop shadow.

Image mirror the tube and position her to the left side. See my tag as a guide.

8. Copy and paste any one of the Flower Bunches, I used 3 different colors.

Position them under the merged mask layer slightly angling them to the right.

Add drop shadows to them.

9. Now you may add any embellishments you want from the kit. Resize them.

Add drop shadows and sharpen them if needed. See my tag for placements.

10. Add all artist copyright info.

11. Add your name in font of choice using colors or patterns you want.

Add a drop shadow to your name, sharpen if needed.

Add your watermark and your artist license number.

"Ready? Let's Go"

1.) Open your mask in Psp and minimize it for now.

2.) Open a new blank 600x600 canvas and floodfill with white.

Copy and paste a paper of your choice and apply your mask. Duplicate the mask layer.

On the original mask layer, go to adjust, blur, gaussian blur of 25%. click ok.

Hide your white background and merge the mask layers visible.

Add a slight drop shadow of your choice. With deform tool pull mask out on all sides.

3.) Copy and paste flower bunch of your choice. Place it to the top right.

Add a drop shadow. Duplicate, image, mirror. Duplicate, image flip.

Duplicate, image, mirror, Duplicate, image, flip. Duplicate, image, mirror.

And move it to the middle. Duplicate, image, mirror. Hide all layers except for the

Flower bunch layers and merge them visible. Unhide all other layers.

Make sure the merged flower bunch layers are under the mask layer.

4.) Now copy and paste the DD-ChicBluebow02 Resize it small.

With Muriel Meister's Copies use these settings:

1.) Encircle

2.) Background color white

3.) Circle Mode

4.) Tile Mode

5.) Behind

6.) X and Y=50

7.) Number=12

Click ok.

Now resize this layer 110%, but do not go over the mask layer.

Add a drop shadow of your choice, Sharpen if needed. See my tag as a guide.

8.) Now highlight the frame layer. With magic wand tool, Click inside it.

Selections, modify, expand by 8, copy and paste a paper of your choice. Selections

Invert, hit delete, select none. Add a drop shadow to the paper. Move paper below frame.

9.) Highlight the frame layer, With magic wand tool click inside frame.

Selections, modify, expand by 8, Copy and paste your tube.

Position her inside the frame, Selections invert, hit delete, select none.

Make sure the tube is on top of the paper layer. Add a drop shadow to the tube.

10.) Add a new raster layer above the frame layer. With the picture tube tool.

Pick a round diamond and use these settings:

1.) Scale=100

2.) Step=200

3.) Placement Mode=Random

4.) Selection Mode=Random

Place the diamond tube on any area of the frame and place it on the top on the bow knot.

See my tag for placement. Duplicate the diamond until you have it all around on the frame.

Hide all other layers except for all the diamonds, and merge them visible.

Unhide all other layers. Sharpen the diamond tube layer as needed.

11.) Copy and paste DD-ChicBlueBow06, Resize it to your liking.

Add a drop shadow and place it on the top middle.

12.) Copy and paste the DD-ChicBlueSilky Flowers. Resize them how you want.

Place them on the bottom right side. Add drop shadows to them. Sharpen if needed.

13.) Copy and paste the DD-ChicBlueBowHeartChain02, Resize it.

Add a drop shadow. Sharpen if needed. Place it to the top right. See my tag.

14.) Copy and paste your tube on top of all layers. Add a drop shadow to the tube.

Image, mirror. You may have to move her a little bit.

15.) Add your name in paper patterns of your choice or colors to match your tag.

Add a drop shadow to your name, Sharpen if needed.

16.) Add all artist copyright info and your watermark.

"Animation"

1.) Go to adjust/add/remove noise, Add noise with these settings:

3.) Monochrome Checked

4.) Noise=100%

Click ok.

Go to edit/copymerged and paste into AS.

Go back to Psp and edit undo. Repeat add noise only changing the noise to 95%.

Click ok.

Edit/Copymerged and paste into AS after the current frame.

Go back to Psp, edit undo noise. Repeat noise only changing it to 100%.

Click ok.

Edit/Copymerged and paste into AS after the current frame.

View animation. If you are satisfied with the animation save as a .gif file.

Ready? Let's Go"

1.) Open the Wsl_Mask61 in Psp and minimize for now. Open a new 600x600 blank canvas.

Floodfill with white. Copy and paste paper 18, Apply the mask. Duplicate the mask.

On the original mask layer, go to adjust, blur, gaussian blur of 25% click ok.

Hide the white background, and merge the mask layers visible.

Unhide the white background. On the merged mask layer, Pull the mask out to fit canvas.

Add a slight drop shadow. ( Optional ).

2.) Copy and paste Frame8 and resize it to your liking but do not go over the mask.

Add a drop shadow to the frame of your choosing.

Highlight the frame layer with your magic wand tool, click inside the frame.

Selections modify, expand by 8, selections invert, hit delete, select none.

Move the paper layer below the frame. Add a drop shadow.

3.) Highlight the frame layer, with magic wand tool click inside the frame.

Selections modify, expand by 8, copy and paste the charmribbon4.

Selections invert, hit delete, select none. See my tag as a guide for placement.

Add a drop shadow to the ribbon.

4.) Highlight the frame layer, copy and paste your tube. Place the tube inside the frame.

Selections, modify, expand by 8. Selections invert, hit delete. select none.

Add a drop shadow to the tube. Make sure the tube is on top of the ribbon.

5.) Highlight the merged mask layer, Copy and paste glitterspatter1, resize it.

Add a drop shadow and then sharpen. Duplicate, image, mirror.

Duplicate, image, flip. Duplicate image, mirror. Pull them up and out.

6.) Now add embellishments from the kit and resize them.

Place them where you want them, add drop shadows, sharpen them if needed.

Or see my tag for placement.

7.) Copy and paste your tube again on top of all layers. Add a drop shadow to the tube.

Image mirror and place your tube. See my tag.

8.)Add your name with a paper pattern or colors to match your tag.

Add a drop shadow to your name.

9.) Add all artist copyright info and your watermark.

New Chic Blue Tutorial ( Animated )

"Supplies Needed"

Wsl_Mask61, Here

Tube of your choice, Font of your choice.

I am using the artwork of Ismael Rac. Please Do Not use the same tube.

Without the proper license to do so. Here

"Ready? Let's Go"

1.) Open the Wsl_Mask61 and minimize it for now. We will get back to it in a bit.

Open a new blank 600x600 canvas and floodfill with white.

Copy and paste paper 17 from the kit. Open the Wsl_Mask61. Apply the mask.

Duplicate the mask layer and on the original, go to adjust, blur.

Gaussian blur of 25%, click ok. Hide the white background and merge visible.

Repeat the same steps as above with paper06. Hide all layers and merge the two.

Mask layers visible. With deform tool, pull mask out to fit the canvas.

Unhide all of the other layers.

2.) For those who don't know how to apply a mask, Here is what you do.

Open the Wsl_Mask61, Go to layers, new mask from image, a window will pop up.

You will see the mask listed under the source window. Source luminance is checked.

Leave the rest unchecked. Click ok. Go back to layers, load/save mask

To alpha channel and click save. On your canvas, Copy and paste the paper.

On the paper layer, go to layers, load/save mask from alpha channel.

Fit to canvas is checked and Hide all mask is checked. Rest leave as is. Click on load.

On the layer pallette you will see the mask is highlighted, Click on it and merge group.

Your mask layer is done. Now refer to up above for duplicating the mask layer.

And adding the blur effect to the mask layer.

3.) Copy and paste Doodle02, Resize it and place it in the middle . Add a drop shadow.

Duplicate the doodle layer and image, flip. Make sure its on the bottom middle.

Copy and paste Flower bunch04, resize it. Place it to the top right of canvas.

Copy and paste Flower bunch03, Resize it. Place it on the right side and move it down.

Add a drop shadow to both flower bunches. Hide all other layers and merge flower bunches

Visible. Unhide all other layers. Duplicate the merged flower bunches layer.

And image mirror. Duplicate the merged flower bunches layer again and image flip.

Duplicate the merged flower bunches layer til you have 4 layers.

4.) Copy and paste Frame05. You may have to resize it slightly bigger.

But make sure it does not go over the mask layer. Add a drop shadow to the frame.

With your magic wand tool, Click inside the frame, expand by 6.

Copy and paste paper15. Selections invert, hit delete, select none. Move paper below the frame.

5.) Highlight the frame layer, With magic wand, click inside the frame, expand by 6.

Copy and paste the flowerboarder01, Selections invert, hit delete, select none.

With mover tool move it up a little bit. Duplicate, image flip. Add a drop shadow.

6.) Copy and paste your tube on top of all layers, Resize tube if needed.

Add a drop shadow to the tube. Place her in the middle of the frame making her.

Look like she is coming out of the frame.

7.) Copy and paste Bead flower chain04, Resize it. Place it to the top left side.

Add a drop shadow. Sharpen if needed.

8.) Copy and paste flowers of your choice, Resize them. Place some to the top left.

Add drop shadows to the flowers. Sharpen if needed. See my tag.

9.) Copy and paste Butterfly1, Resize it smaller. Place it to the top right side.

Slightly angle it to the right. Add a drop shadow.

10.) Copy and paste Butterfly01, Resize it smaller and place it to the bottom left.

Slightly angle it to the left. Add a drop shadow.

11.) Now pick different flowers from the kit, Resize them and place them on the bottom.

Where you want them or use my tag as a guide. Add drop shadows.

12.) Now here you may add any other elements you want.

Add drop shadows. Place them on the bottom where you want or use my tag as a guide.

13.) Add your name in a color to match or use papers from the kit.

Add a drop shadow to your name.

14.) Add all Artist copyright info, And your watermark.

Add your Tube license numbers. If you are using Ismael Rac's newest tubes.

From Xeracx, You must use your new license number.

15. "Animation"...( Optional ).

Highlight the frame layer, Go to adjust, add noise, Random with 30%.

Then click on ok.

Edit/copy merged, Copy and paste into AS as a new animation.

Go back to Psp, edit undo noise. Repeat the add noise only changing it to 25%.

Then click on ok.

Edit, copy merged and paste into AS after the current frame.

Go back to Psp, Edit undo add noise. Repeat the add noise changing it to 30%.

Click ok, Edit copy merged and paste into AS after the current frame.

Edit, select all, With frame properties set at 10, View animation.

If you are satisfied with your animation, Save tag as a .Gif File.

My PTU Scrap Kit "Black And White", Here

"Let's Do It"

1.) Open the Wsl_Mask89 in Psp and minimize it for now.

Open a new blank canvas 600x600 and floodfill with white. Copy and paste paper03.

Open the Wsl_Mask89 and apply. Duplicate the mask layer.

On the original mask layer go to blur, gaussian blur of 25%, and click ok.

Hide the white background and merge the two mask layers visible.

Apply a slight drop shadow of your choice.

2.) Copy and paste paper07. Apply the Wsl_Mask89 again.

Duplicate the mask layer, On the original go to blur, gaussian blur of 25%. Click ok.

Hide the white background and the first merged mask layer.

Merge visible the two mask layers and resize 80%. With the deform tool pull mask out

On all sides to fit the canvas. You may also add a slight drop shadow. ( optional ).

3.) Copy and paste Flower Bunch01. Place it to the top right side. Add a drop shadow.

Duplicate this layer two more times and move them down slightly.

Using your selection tool set on rectangle, Delete some of the stem that overhangs.

Hide all layers except for the flower bunches, Merge them visible.

Place the merged flower bunch layer on top of the merged mask layer but under paper layer.

4.) Copy and paste Frame01. Resize it 110% 2-3 times but do not go over the mask layer.

Add a drop shadow. With the magic wand tool, Click inside the frame, Selections

Modify, expand by 8. Copy and paste paper07, Selections invert, hit delete, select none.

Move the paper below the frame layer. Add a drop shadow. Move the opacity down to

About 50 or whatever you choose.

5.) Highlight the frame layer. With magic wand, click inside the frame. Expand by 8.

Copy and paste Bow Wrap02. Selections invert, hit delete, select none.

Add a drop shadow to the bow. I also added one of the bead strings on the bow. ( optional ).

Make sure the bow is on top of the paper layer.

6.) Highlight the frame layer again. With magic wand, click inside the frame, expand by 8.

Copy and paste your tube. Place her inside the frame, Selections invert, hit delete, select none.

Add a drop shadow to the tube. Move the tube on top of the bow layer.

7.) Open another tube of choice from the same artist. You may need to resize the tube.

Copy and paste the tube and image mirror. Add a drop shadow to the tube.

If your using the same tube as me, I put flowers on the bottom of her since it wasn't

A full lengh tube. You may put what you want here.

8.) Copy and paste any flowers from the kit and resize them to your liking.

Place them where you want. Add drop shadows. I placed mine on the top and bottom

And middle on my tag. See my tag as a guide.

9.) Copy and paste envelope02. Resize it small to your liking. With the freehand tool.

Draw around the white part of the envelope, Copy and paste flower bunch01.

Selections invert, hit delete select none. Add a drop shadow. Hide all layers and

Merge the envelope and flower bunch01 visible. Resize more if needed.

Place it to the bottom right side and angle it slightly. See my tag.

Move the merged envelope image under the circle image we made.

10.) Copy and paste the butterflies from the kit. Resize them to your liking.

Add drop shadows. Place them on the right side middle, See my tag.

And place them on the left hand side bottom and angle slightly.

11.) Copy and paste Flower Chain01, Resize it to your liking. Add a drop shadow.

Place it to the top right side on your tag. See my tag.

12.) Copy and paste Bead Frame from the kit. Resize it small or to your liking.

With magic wand, click inside the frame, expand by 6. Copy and paste paper07.

Selections invert hit delete, select none. Move paper below the bead frame.

Add a drop shadow to the bead frame and paper.

13.) Highlight the bead frame, With magic wand tool, click inside the frame, expand by 4.

Copy and paste your tube. Place her inside the frame, Selections invert, hit delete, select none.

Add a drop shadow to the tube. Hide all layers except for the bead frame, paper

And the tube and merge these visible. Repeat same steps as above with another tube.

14.) Copy and paste Black and White Bow01. Resize it to your liking. Add a drop shadow.

Place the bow on the bottom middle on top of flowers.

15.) Add your name in patterns or colors of your choice. Add a drop shadow.

Add all artist copyright info and your watermark. Make sure to add your license number.

16.) "Animation"

Highlight the Frame01 layer. Go to adjust Add noise, Random checked.

Monochrome checked. Add noise of 30%. Edit/copy merged and paste into AS

As a new animation. Go back to psp and edit/undo noise.

Repeat add/noise of 35%. Edit/copy merged and paste into As after current frame.

Go back to Psp, Edit/undo noise. Repeat add/noise of 35%. Edit/copy merged

And paste into AS after current frame. View animation.

If you are satisfied with your animation, Save tag as a .gif file.

This Tutorial was created and written by me using Psp9.

If there is another tutorial similar to this tut online, it's purely coincidence.

You will need Psp9 or higher. You must have a good knowledge working with masks.

You must also have a good knowledge working with Psp tools.

"Supplies Needed"

Scrap Kit "Blue Heaven" by FantasyMoments-Scraps. Here

Wsl_Mask61 or a similar mask will work very well with this tutorial. Here

Tube of choice, Font of choice.

Please Do Not use the same tube as me without a proer license.

"Let's Go"

1. Open a blank 600x600 canvas and floodfill with white.

2. Open the Wsl_Mask61 or a mask that you would like to use and minimize in Psp.

We will get back to the mask in a few minutes. Now copy and paste a paper of choice

Onto the canvas. Open your mask and apply. Duplicate the mask layer and on the original

Go to adjust, blur, gaussian blur of 25%, click ok. Hide the white background.

And merge the two mask layers visible. Unhide the white background.

3. Copy and paste element 41 from the kit and resize 2-3x's. Place it to the top left.

Add a drop shadow. Duplicate, image, mirror. Duplicate again, image, flip, image mirror.

Do Not merge them visible. You may move them outwards to your liking.

4. Copy and paste element 33, resize it 2-3x's. Place it to the top middle. Drop shadow.

Layers, duplicate, image flip. Layers duplicate, image mirror, Place this layer in the middle

Using your mover tool. Layers duplicate, image mirror. You may have to move them outwards

A little bit. Add a drop shadow, sharpen if needed.

5. Now we are going to make a circle frame. In the layer pallette, set the top color box

In a paper pattern from the scrap kit. Background color box is null. With your

eclipse tool, width-size 10, holding down the shift key, draw out a large circle making

Add a drop shadow to the circle frame. With the magic wand tool, click inside the circle.

Place it in the middle of the paper layer, Selections invert, hit delete, select none.

Add a drop shadow. Sharpen if needed.

6. Open a new canvas, any size. Copy and paste element 45 and resize it small.

With your selection tool set on rectangle, Settings on replace mode, Feather=0, Anti-Alias checked, carefully draw around one of the beads being careful not to go over it.

We don't want overlapping of the other beads on the selection.

7. Go to edit, copy, paste it as a new layer onto your tag. Duplicate the bead and place.

Around the circle frame, Hide all layers except for all the bead layers, merge visible.

Add a drop shadow to the beads layer and sharpen if needed.

8. Highlight the paper layer. Now depending on whether you want the tube positioned in the middle of the paper layer or having her come out of the frame. See my tag.

To have her positioned inside the circle, this is what you should do. Go to selections

All, float, defloat, position tube inside the circle, Selections invert, hit delete. Select none.

This removes all the excess tube that sticks out of the frame and paper layer.

9. If you want the tube looking like she is coming out of the frame, Just move her up.

See my tag. Add a drop shadow to the tube.

10. Now copy and paste flowers of your choice, Resize them to your liking.

Place them on the bottom of your tag. Add drop shadows. See my tag for placement.

11. Copy and paste different flowers of your choice, Resize them to your liking.

Place them on the top left side. See my tag for placement. Add drop shadows to them.

12. Now on my tag, I placed flowers behind her head because there was a space there.

So I decided to put flowers there. I thought it looked better since I couldn't use a bow there.

13. Copy and paste the butterflies of your choice, Resize them small, Place them

On each side of your tag and angle the butterflies slightly. Add drop shadows to them.

14. Copy and paste a flower, Resize it and place it to the top right side. Add drop shadow.

Copy and paste a bow of your choice, Resize it to your liking and place it on top of flower.

Add a drop shadow to the bow.

15. Copy and paste element 45, Resize it small and place it on one of the flowers

Making it a different color from the flower. Add a drop shadow, Sharpen if needed.

Repeat the same step for the other flower. Repeat the same step for the flowers

On the bottom middle of your tag.

16. Add your name in font of choice, Add a drop shadow, sharpen if needed.

17. Add all artist copyright info and your watermark.

I wrote this Tutorial on July 10th, 2010. Tutorial is ©Donna's Designzs.

You must have a good knowledge working with masks to do this tut.

You must also know how to curve text. Curved text is optional.

"Supplies Needed"

Paint Shop Pro. I used Psp 9 for this tut.

FTU Scrap kit "Blue Heaven" By Fantasy Moments. Here

Wsl_Mask61. Or a similar mask. Here

Murial Meister's Plugin Copies.
Tube of choice, Font of choice.

I am using the artwork of Ismael Rac. Please Do Not use the same tube

Without a proper License. You may purchase a license. Here

"Ok, Let's Start"

1.) Open the Wsl_Mask61 in Psp and minmize for now. We will use it in a minute.

2.) Open the blue heavans scrap kit and minimize for now.

3.) Open a new blank canvas 600x600 and floodfill with white.

Open paper 12 from the kit, copy and paste it onto your canvas. Open the

Wsl_Mask61 and apply. Merge group, Duplicate the mask layer and on the original

Go to blur, gaussian blur of 25%, click ok. Hide your white background.

Merge the mask layers visible. Unhide your white background.

Drop shadow on mask layer is optional. Pull mask out to fit canvas.

4.) Open paper 13, Copy and paste onto your canvas, Repeat the same steps

As above for the mask. Resize this mask 80%. Hide all layers except for the two merged

Mask layers, Merge them visible. Drop shadow is optional.

5.) Open element 26, Resize it to your liking. Copy and paste it onto the

Merged mask layer. Add a drop shadow of H/V=2, Opacity=50, Blur=5, click ok.

6.) Open element 31, Resize to your liking, Copy and paste it on top of the doodle.

Position it to the left side. Add same drop shadow as above, Sharpen if needed.

Duplicate/image/flip. You may have to pull it out a little bit.

7.) Open element 45. Resize it by 80% 3x's. Copy and paste it on the mask layer.

Make sure element 45 is in the center of your canvas.

Go to Murial Meister's Copies plugin and use these settings.

1.) Circle

2.) Tile Mode

3.) Behind

4.) Encircle

5.) BG Color=White

6.) Number=12

7.) Shift X=50

8.) Shift Y=50

9.) Angle=0

10.) Rotation=100

11.) Phase=-25

12.) Cycle=100

13.) Rest leave as is.

Then click ok. Resize this layer 110% 2 x's.

Add a drop shadow, Sharpen if needed. You don't want this layer too big

Or too small. See my tag as a reference.

8.) Open paper 12, Set it as your foreground in the layer pallette

Background is null. Width set at 10, Holding down the shift key, Draw out a circle.

Do not make the circle to go over the mask layer or the decoration we just made.

Make it big enough to show up. See my tag as a reference.

Convert it to a raster layer.

Add a drop shadow to the circle we just made.

9.) With the magic wand tool, Click inside the circle.

With these settings:

Mode=Replace, RGB Value, Tolerance=20, Feather=0, Continous checked.

Anti-Alias is checked, Outside, Selections modify, expand by 4

Copy and paste paper 16, Selections invert, hit delete. Select none.

Move the paper layer below the circle. Add a drop shadow.

10.) Highlight the circle paper layer, Select all, float, defloat, Copy and paste

Element 24, Resize it, Position it inside the circle, Selections invert, delete.

Select none. Add a drop shadow, sharpen if needed.

11.) Highlight the circle paper, Selections all, float, defloat, Copy and paste tube.

Position her inside the cicle making it look like she is coming out of the frame.

Selections invert, hit delete, Select none. Add a drop shadow to the tube.

12.) Open element 1, Resize it small, See my tag as a referance.

Copy and paste it on the bottom left side of circle frame. Drop shadow.

Duplicate/image/mirror. Open element 4, Resize small as element 1.

Position it in between the ones we just made. Drop shadow.

13.) Open two butterflies from the kit. Resize these small.

Position them on top of the flowers where you want them. Drop shadow.

Sharpen them if needed.

14.) Open element 64, Resize small, Copy and paste it on the top right side.

See my tag as a referance. Add a drop shadow.

15.) Open element 53, Resize, Copy and paste it on top of the flower.

Add a drop shadow. Open element 45, Resize small. Position it on top of the bow

In the middle. Copy and paste element 47, Resize small. angle it slightly to the left side.

Duplicate/image/mirror. Add a drop shadow. Sharpen if needed.

See my tag as a referance for placement.

16.) Open element 60, Resize very small, Copy and paste it on top of the beads.

Add a drop shadow, Sharpen if needed.

17.) Open element 58, Resize small or to your liking. With your magic wand tool.

Click inside the frame, Selections modify expand by 4, Copy and paste paper 1.

Selections invert, hit delete. Highlight this paper layer, Selections all, float, defloat.

Copy and paste your tube, Position her inside the frame, Selections invert, hit delete.

Select none. Add a drop shadow to tube and the frame layer.

Now hide all layers except for the frame layer, paper layer and tube we just made

And merge visible. Unhide all other layers. Position the image to the

top left side. Duplicate this image layer and position it on the bottom left side.

And angle it slightly or to your liking. See my tag as referance.

18.) Open elements 63 and 64, Resize them small. Position them on the image layers.

See my tag as a referance. Add a drop shadow to both flowers.

19.) Add your name in colors or paper patterns of your choice.

Add a drop shadow to your name, Sharpen if needed.

20.) Text I used Meet Me At The Sahara is optional.

21.) Add artist copyright info. If using Ismael Rac tubes, Make sure you add

The new copyright and Url for his new tubes.

Add your watermark and your license number.

"Let's Start"

1.) Open my DD-Template09, Duplicate it and close the original.

Delete my copyright layer.

2.) On the large black circle layer, selections all, float, defloat.

Copy and paste DD-JulyPaper09, Selections invert, hit delete, select none.

Still on this layer, in layer pallette set the paper as foreground and background.

Set the scale down to 30, and floodfill this layer.

3.) Highlight the large black circle layer, Selections all, float, defloat,

Copy and paste your tube, Position her inside the circle, Selections invert

Hit delete, select none. Add a drop shadow of H&V of 2, blur of 6, opacity 50, click ok.

Delete the large black circle layer.

4.) Highlight the white circle frame, Selections all, float, defloat

Copy and paste DD-JulyPaper01, Selections invert, hit delete

Select none, Delete the white circle frame. Add a drop shadow.

5.) Highlight the back grey rectangle layer, Selections all, float, defloat

Copy and paste DD-JulyPaper06, Selections invert, hit delete, select none.

Add a drop shadow of your choosing.

6.) Highlight the white rectangle frame layer, Selections all, float, defloat

Copy and paste DD-JulyPaper01, Selections invert, hit delete, select none.

Delete the white rectangle layer. Add a drop shadow.

7. Highlight the front grey rectangle, Selections all, float, defloat

Copy and paste DD-JulyPaper17, Selections invert, hit delete, select none.

Highlight the grey rectangle again and copy and paste your tube

Preferably a tube lying down, Position the tube, Selections invert, hit delete.

Select none. Add a drop shadow to the tube as above.

8.) Highlight the large circle layer, Selections all, float, defloat,

Copy and paste DD-JulyFourthBeadedRibbon02, Position inside the circle.

Selections invert, hit delete, select none. Add a drop shadow.

9.) Now you may use any embellishments from the kit and position

Them where you want or you can use my tag as a guide to placements.

Add a drop shadow to all embellishments.

10.) Add your name in font of choice. Add a drop shadow.

11.) Add all artist copyright info and your watermark.

You will also need a good working knowledge using masks.

You will also need Eye Candy Glass. Xero Sparkles Plugin.

WSL_Mask115, Here
Tube of choice, Font of choice.

"Ready? Let's Go"

1.) Open the WSL_Mask115, duplicate it, and close the original.

Copy and paste paper of choice from the kit on top of white background.

Apply the mask, Duplicate the mask layer, On original, go to adjust, gaussian blur of 25%.

Click ok. Close all layers and merge the two masks visible. Unhide all layers.

With deform tool, pull the mask out to fit canvas.

2.) On the doodle layer, Selections all, float, defloat, Copy and paste paper of choice.

Selections invert, hit delete, select none. Delete the doodle layer. Add a drop shadow.

3.) Highlight the black circle layer, Selections all, float, defloat, Copy and paste paper of choice.

Selections invert, hit delete, select none. Delete the black circle layer.

Add a drop shadow (Optional).

4.) Higlight the circle layer again, Copy and paste the tube, Place her inside the circle.

Add a drop shadow to the tube. Making sure she is on top of paper layer.

5.) Highlight the circle frame layer, Selections all, float, defloat.

Copy and paste paper of choice, Selections invert, hit delete, select none.

Delete the circle frame layer. Add a drop shadow to the frame.

6.) Highlight the grey rectangle layer, Selections all, float, defloat, Copy and paste Paper

Of choice, Selections invert, hit delete, select none. Delete the grey rectangle layer.

Add a drop shadow to the rectangle layer. Staying on this layer, Selections all, float

Defloat, Copy and paste tube, image mirror, Selections invert, hit delete, select none.

Add a drop shadow to the tube.

7.) Highlight the rectangle frame layer, Selections all, float, defloat

Copy and paste a paper of choice, Selections invert, hit delete, select none.

Delete the rectangle frame layer, Add a drop shadow to the frame.

8.) Highlight the bottom grey rectangle layer, Selections all, float, defloat.

Copy and paste paper of choice, Selections invert, hit delete, select none. Drop shadow.

9.) On the wordart layers, Selections all, float, defloat, Copy and paste paper of choice.

Or you can floodfill it with any color to match the tag. Go to effects, Eye candy glass

With these settings:

1. Bevel Width=24.69

2. Bevel Smoothness=30.00

3.Round Selection Corners=0

4. Inside Selection.

5. Opacity Color=Black

6. Tinting=100

7. Refraction=50

8. Inner Shadow=75

9. Drop Shadow=75

10. Shadow Offset=27.42

11. Shadow Glow=0

Click ok.

10.) Hide all layers except for the wordart, Merge visible. Unhide all layers.

Add a drop shadow to the wordart.

11.) Highlight the Clover layer, Selections all, float defloat,

Copy and paste paper of choice. Selections invert, hit delete, select none.

Or if you prefer, Floodfill with a color. Delete the black clover layer.

Selections all, float, defloat, Eye candy glass with same settings as before.

Add a drop shadow to the clover. Repeat this same step with the other two clover layers.

12.) Highlight the grey circle image layer, Selections all, float, defloat.

Copy and paste paper of choice, Selections invert, hit delete, select none.

Keeping this layer highlighted, Selections all, float, defloat, Copy and paste tube, Resize.

Image, mirror, place her inside the circle image. Selections invert, hit delete, select none.

Add a drop shadow to the tube. Delete the grey circle image layer.

13.) Repeat this same step for the other two grey circle images.

14.) Now decorate your tag with embellishments from the kit and use my tag as a guide.

15.) Now add your name and your watermark.

Add a drop shadow to your name.

16.) Add artist copyright info, And your license number.

16.) Highlight the large circle layer. Go to effects, Xero Sparkles with these settings.

1. Flecks_1

2. Uniform

3.Density=80

4. Maximum=845

5. Vary Brightness=120

6. Vary Colour=120

7. Use Highlight=Checked

8. Anti-Alias=Checked.

Click Ok.

Edit/copy merged and Paste into AS as a new animation.

Go back to psp and edit, undo sparkles.

Xero Sparkles with same settings as above only changing the Density to 90

Click ok. Edit/copymerged and paste into AS after the current frame.

Go back to psp, edit, undo sparkles.

Repeat the Xero Sparkles effect changing density to 100. Click ok.

Edit, copymerged, and paste into AS after the current frame.

View animation. Save as a .Gif File.

"Ready? Let's Go"

1.) Open my DD-Template01, Duplicate it and close the original.

2.) On the doodle layer, Selections all, selections float, defloat, Copy and paste DD-Paper14.

Selections invert, hit delete, select none. Delete the doodle layer.

Add a drop shadow. Sharpen if needed.

2.) On the black circle layer, Selections all, selection float, defloat, copy and paste

DD-Paper05. Selections invert, hit delete, select none. Delete the black circle layer.

Add a drop shadow.

3.) On the white circle frame layer, Selections all, selections float, defloat

Copy and paste DD-Paper16, Selections invert, hit delete, select none. Go to adjust

Add/Remove noise, Add noise, Randon, 30%, monochrome is checked, click ok.

Add a drop shadow and then sharpen. Delete the white frame layer.

4.) Highlight the circle layer we just papered earlier, Selections all, float, defloat

Copy and paste DD-Wrap Bow02, You may have to resize slightly.

Selections invert, hit delete, select none. Make sure the bow is on top of the paper.

Add a drop shadow to the wrap bow.

5.) Highlight the papered circle layer again, Selections all, float, defloat

Copy and paste your tube, Position her inside the circle, Selections invert, hit delete.

Select none. Make sure the tube is on top of the bow layer and under the circle frame layer.

Add a drop shadow to the tube.

6.) Copy and paste your choice of the DD-Flower Bunches. Position it on the right side.

Add a drop shadow. Sharpen if needed. Layers duplicate, image mirror

And place it on the bottom left side. See my tag as a reference.

7.) On the Grey square image layer, Selections all, float, defloat, Copy and paste

DD-Paper03, Selections invert, hit delete, select none. Back on the grey image layer

Selections all, selections float, defloat, Copy and paste your tube, Selections invert, delete.

Select none. Making sure the tube is on top of the paper layer.

Add a drop shadow to the tube. Repeat this step for the remaining two image layers.

Delete the grey image layers.

8.) On the grey image frame layer, Selections all, Selections float, defloat

Copy and paste DD-Paper04, Selections invert, hit delete, select none.

Add a drop shadow. Sharpen if needed. Highlight the frame layer again, Selections all

Selections float, defloat, Copy and paste your tube, Position her, Selections invert, delete.

Select none. Add a drop shadow to the tube. Make sure tube is on top of paper layer.

Delete the grey image frame layer. Repeat for the remaining two frame layers.

On my tag, i imaged the tube and put the rainbow in the middle image.

9.) On the streamer layer, Selections all, Selections float, defloat, Copy and paste a paper

Of your choice, Selections invert, hit delete, select none. Add a drop shadow.

Delete the doodle layer. Sharpen if needed.

10.) On the bow layer, Selections all, Selections float, defloat, Copy and paste

DD-Paper03, Selections invert, hit delete, select none. Add a drop shadow.

Delete the grey bow layer.

11.) Copy and paste your choice of flowers, Resize, Position it to the top left side

And angle it slightly. Add a drop shadow.

12.) Hide all layers except for the 3 image layers, 3 frame layers and the 3 tube layers.

Merge them all visible. Position this merged image layer on the bottom middle.

Resize it to your liking.

13.) Copy and paste the flowerbunch of your choice, place it behind

The merged image layer. Add a drop shadow.

14.) Copy and paste the DD-Pof of gold, Resize, Place it behine the merged image layer

Tube of choice, Font of choice.

Please Do Not use the same tube as me without a license to do so.

"Ready? Let's Go"

1.) Open a new 600x600 blank canvas and floodfill with white.

Open your WSL_Mask17, Or mask of choice and set aside for now.

2.) Copy and paste a paper of choice, Apply the mask. Merge group on mask layer.

Duplicate the mask layer, on the original mask layer, Adjust, blur, gaussin blur of 25%.

Click ok. Hide your white background and merge mask layers visible.

Unhide your white background. With deform tool, pull mask out to fit canvas.

Repeat this same step with a different paper of choice. Hide the white background

And merge the two mask layers visible. Unhide the white background.

3.) Copy and paste the DD-Flowerbunch02, Position it to the top left side.

Add a drop shadow. Duplicate, image, mirror and position.

See my tag as a reference for placement.

4.) Copy and paste the DD-Clover Coin Frame, Resize, Not too small tho.

We want it to fit nicely on top of the mask layer. Add a drop shadow. Sharpen if needed.

5.) Copy and paste a paper of choice on top of the frame layer.

Highlight the frame layer, With magic wand tool, Click inside the frame, Selections

Modify, expand by 10, Selections invert, hit delete, select none.

Move the paper below the frame layer.

6.) Highlight the frame layer, Selections modify, expand by 10, Copy and paste

Your tube, Position her inside the frame, Selections invert, hit delete, select none.

Add a drop shadow to the tube. Make sure the tube is above the paper layer.

7.) Copy and paste your tube on top of all other layers, Position her to the left side.

Add a drop shadow to the tube. I also covered up her bottom. (Optional).

8.) Copy and paste the DD-Fan03, Resize it and position it on top of the merged mask layer.

Position this layer to the top right side of canvas. Add a drop shadow, sharpen.

See my tag as a reference for placement.

9.) Copy and paste your choice of the DD-Notepaper's. Resize it. Position it

To the bottom right side.

10.) Copy and paste your choice of flowers from the kit, Resize them.

Position them on top of the notebook paper. Add drop shadows. See my tag

For placement.

11.) Copy and paste the rainbow, Resize it to your liking. Position it on top of notebook paper.

Add a drop shadow and sharpen if needed.

12.0 Copy and paste the DD-Pof Of Gold, Resize it. Position it to the bottom right side.

Add a drop shadow and sharpen if needed.

13.) Copy and paste one of the clovers, Resize it and position it to the left side of

The pot of gold. Add a drop shadow.

14.) Copy and paste the DD-Butterfly02, Resize it. Position it on top of the rainbow.

Add a drop shadow and sharpen if needed. Duplicate this layer, image, mirror

And position it to the top right, Angle it slightly.

15.) Copy and paste your choice of corkscrew ribbons, Resize them.

Position it to the top left side under your tube. Add a drop shadow. Copy

And paste a flower from the kit, Resize and position on top of the corkscrew ribbon.

Add a drop shadow.

16.) Copy and paste your choice of envelopes, Resize. Position it to the bottom left side.

Add a drop shadow.

17.) Copy and paste one of the hanging ribbons, Resize. Position it to the top left.

Angle it slightly to the left, Duplicate this layer, image mirror and make

It look like its a double ribbon. Add a drop shadow. Sharpen if needed.

18.) Add your name in Font of choice. Add a drop shadow.

19.) Copy and paste the DD-ST Patricks Balloon01, Resize, Position it to the top right.

Add a drop shadow and sharpen if needed.

20.) Add all artist copyright info and your watermark.

Save your tag as a .Png File.

This Tutorial was written by (Me) Donna on Feb. 17th, 2010.

This Tutorial is of my own creation using Psp9. This Tutorial can be done in any version.

You must need a good knowledge of Psp and its tools.

You will also need a good working knowledge of working with masks.

PTU Scrap kit used is called "Lover's Revenge", By Kelly.

WSL_Mask220, Or mask of your choice. Here

Tube of choice, Font of choice.

I used the awesome artwork of Keith Garvey.

You will need to purchase a License to use his work. Please Do Not use

The same tube as me without a license to do so.

"Ready? Let's Go"

1.) Open a new blank 600x600 canvas and floodfill with white.

2.) Copy and paste AD_Paper1, Open your WSL_Mask220 and apply.

Merge group. Duplicate the mask layer and on the original mask layer, go to adjust

Blur, gaussian blur of 25%, click ok. Hide the white background, merge mask layers visible.

Unhide the white background.

3.) Now open a new blank 600x600 blank canvas. Copy and paste AD_Paper11.

Apply the WSL_Mask220 as we did up above. Duplicate the mask layer, on the original

Adjust, blur, gaussian blur of 25%, click ok. Hide the white background.

Merge the masks layers visible. Unhide the white background.

4.)On the mask layer, selections all, float, defloat, Copy and paste AD_Grate.

Selections invert, hit delete, select none. Merge visible. Copy and paste this layer onto

The previous mask layer we already made previously.

You may now delete the grate with mask we just made, we don't need it anymore.

5.) Copy and paste the AD_BloodSpatter1 on top of the merged mask layer.

Position it to the top left side of canvas moving out slightly. Duplicate, image, mirror.

Duplicate, image, flip, duplicate, image, mirror. Add a slight drop shadow, sharpen if needed.

Hide all layers except for the bloodspatters and merge them visible.

Unhide the white background.

6.) Copy and paste the AD_GlitterBling1 and position it to the top left.

Duplicate this layer, image, mirror. Duplicate, image, flip, Duplicate, image, mirror.

Add a slight drop shadow and sharpen if needed. Repeat the same step as above on the

AD_GlitterBling2. Pulling them slightly out. See my tag as a reference.

7.) Add a new raster layer, with your preset shape tool set to Heart1. Anti-Alias checked.

Width 1, Foreground null, Background black, Draw out a good-sized heart.

Convert to a raster layer. Make sure it is in the middle of your mask layer. Selections

All, float, defloat, Copy and paste AD_Paper5, Selections invert, hit delete, Select none.

Back on the Black heart layer, Selections all, float, defloat, Copy and paste your tube,

On my tube, I used the close-up. This is your choice.

Selections, invert, hit delete, Select none. Move the tube above paper5 layer.

Add a drop shadow to the tube.

8.) Copy and paste the AD_Frame3. Resize the frame so it fits nicely on the heart shape.

Be careful not to go over. Add a drop shadow to the frame3, Sharpen if needed.

Hide all layers except for the tube, heart shape, paper5 layer, merge visible.

Unhide the white background.

9.) Copy and paste the AD_Flower2, Resize and position it to the top right.

Add a drop shadow. Copy and paste the AD_Necklace, Resize and position it on the flower.

Add a drop shadow and sharpen if needed. Copy and paste the AD_Bow3, Resize and

Place it on top of the AD_Necklace. Add a drop shadow.

10.) Copy and paste the AD_Flower2 again, Resize it and position it on the bottom right.

See my tag again as a reference. Add a drop shadow. Copy and paste the AD_Rose2.

Resize it and position it on the bottom right moving down slightly. Add a drop shadow.

Duplicate the AD_Rose2, and position it to the bottom left side.

11.) Copy and paste the AD_Rose1, Resize it, Position it to the bottom left side moving

It down slightly. Add a drop shadow. See my tag as a reference.

12.) Copy and paste the AD_Angel, Resize, and position it to the left side on the roses.

Add a drop shadow, sharpen if needed. Using the Angel is also optional.

13.) Copy and paste the AD_Coffin, Resize and place it to the bottom left side.

Add a drop shadow. Copy and paste the AD_Tree, Place it to the left side moving it

Under the Angel. Add a drop shadow.

14.) Copy and paste the AD_Stone, Resize and place it on the roses. Add a drop shadow.

15.) Copy and paste the AD_GlassWPills, Resize, position it to the bottom right side.

Add a drop shadow and sharpen if needed.

16.) Copy and paste the AD_BrokenHeart, Resize it, Position it to the bottom middle.

Angle it slightly to the left. Go to adjust, Color Balance, Manual color correction and change

The target color to #32b328, click ok. Add a drop shadow.

17.) Copy and paste the AD_Brooch, Resize it small and position it to the top left.

Add a drop shadow, sharpen if needed.

18.) Copy and paste the AD_WingedCharm1, Resize it, Position it to the top right.

Angle it slightly to the right. Add a drop shadow, sharpen if needed.

19.) Copy and paste your tube on top of all layers. Position her to the left side.

Add a drop shadow to the tube.

Add your name with font of choice. Add artist copyright info

And add your watermark. Save as a .Png File.

I wrote this Tutorial on Feb. 14th using Paint Shop Pro 9.

This tutorial can be done in any version of Paint Shop Pro. You must need

A very good knowledge of working with masks.

I used the PTU scrap kit called RaspBerry Blush By Leigh of HeartFelt Perfectionz.

WSL_Mask57 and WSL_Mask60.

Tube of choice, Font of choice.

I am using the fantastic artwork of Ismael Rac. You may purchase

A license to use his art work Here

Please Do Not use the same tube as me without a license to do so.

"Ready? Let's Go"

1.) Open a new blank 600x600 canvas and floodfill with white.

2.) Open the WSL_Mask57 and set aside.

3.) Open Rs Paper 3 and copy and paste it onto your canvas.

4.) Apply your WSL_Mask57 on this paper layer. On the mask layer, merge group.

Duplicate this mask layer, and on the original go to adjust, blur, gaussian blur of 25%

Click ok. Hide the white background and merge the two mask layers visible.

With deform tool, pull the mask out to fit the canvas.

Unhide the white background.

5.) Repeat step 4 with the WSL_Mask60 using Rs Paper6. On this mask layer.

Image resize at 80%. Hide the white background and merge the mask layers visible.

Unhide the white background.

6.) Open RS Cluster frame1. Copy and paste it on top of the merged mask layer.

Resize it to your liking but leave it a little bit smaller then the mask layer.

Add a drop shadow to the frame. I used H&V=2, opacity=50, blur=5.

7.) Open RS Paper3, set aside for now. On the frame layer

With your magic wand tool, mode set on add shift, continuous checked, anti-alias checked.

Carefully click inside each and every spot in the frame, Selections modify

Expand by 8, Copy and paste RS Paper8, Selections invert, hit delete. Select none.

Move the paper below the frame layer.

8.) Copy and paste your choice of the RS Cord Flower, resize making sure

It is a little bit smaller than the. Add a drop shadow. Sharpen if needed.

9.) On the frame layer, with magic wand tool, click inside each and every spot.

On the frame, Selections modify, expand by 8, Copy and paste your tube and position

Her inside the frame. Selections invert, hit delete, Select none.

Move the tube below the frame layer making sure she is on top of the paper layer.

Add a drop shadow to the tube.

10.) Copy and paste your tube on top of all layers. If your using the same tube as me.

Pick a different tube and place her to the left side on canvas. Resize slightly.

Add a drop shadow to the tube.

11.) Copy and paste your choice of the RS square frames. Position them

Like i have them on the right side. Resize to your liking.

On image frame1, Click inside with your magic wand, Selections modify expand by 4

Open RS a paper of choice, Selections invert, hit delete, select none.

Move the paper layer below this frame layer. Drop shadow the frame.

12.) Back on the frame layer, Click inside with magic wand, expand by 4

Open your tube, Position her inside the square, Selection invert, hit delete, select none.

Move the tube below the frame making sure she is on top of the paper layer.

Add a drop shadow to the tubes.

13.) Repeat step 12 with the other two RS Frames.

Hide all layers except for the 3 square images we just made which are the 3 paper layers.

3 Frame layers, and the 3 tube layers, merge these layers visible.

14.) Copy and paste RS Rib2, Resize and place it on top of the merged image layer.

See my tag as a reference. Add a drop shadow. Sharpen if needed.

15.) Copy and paste any RS Flowers of your choice. Resize them to your liking.

Position them where you want them or see my tag as a reference.

Add drop shadows to all.

16.) Open the RS Deco buttons. Resize them to your liking.

Position them to the bottom right under the merged image layer.

Add a drop shadow to them.

17.) Now you may decorate your tag with any other embellishments you want.

Resize them and add drop shadows.

18.) Add your name in font of choice. Add artist copyright info.

And your watermark. Save as a .Png File.

"Supplies Needed"
Any version of Paint Shop Pro. I used Psp x2 for this tut.

Scrap Kit I used is called "TD-FairyTale" by Natasha. You may find the kit Here.

Wsl_Mask61. Here.

Tube of choice, Font of choice.

Please Do Not use the same tube without the proper license to do so.

"Ready, Let's Go"

1. Open a new blank 600x600 canvas and floodfill with white.

2. Open a paper of choice from the kit and copy and paste it onto your canvas.

3. Open your Wsl_Mask61. Apply mask, and merge group on the mask layer. Now

Duplicate this mask layer, on the original mask layer, go to adjust, blur, gaussian blur of

25%, click ok. Hide your white background and merge visible on the mask layers.

With your deform tool, pull the mask out to fit your canvas.

4. Repeat this same step for the mask with a different paper from the kit.

You do not need to pull the sides out to fit canvas on this mask layer.

Hide your white background and merge the two masks visible. Unhide white background.

5. Open one of the flowers from the kit. Copy and paste it under your merged mask layer.

Place it to the top left making sure it sticks out a little. Do Not resize. Add a drop shadow.

Open another flower from the kit and place it to the top left and slightly move it out.

Add a drop shadow.

6. Copy and paste the Flower Frame from the kit. Resize it to 110%.

Open the circle frame from the kit, resize so it fits nicely inside the flower frame.

Move this frame layer under the flower frame. Merge these two frames visible.

With your magic wand tool, click inside the frame, selections modify, expand by 10.

Click ok. Copy and paste a paper of choice, selections invert, hit delete, select none.

Move the paper below the frame layer. Add a drop shadow to the frame.

7. Highlight the flower frame layer, Magic wand, click inside the flower frame.

Selections modify, expand by 10, copy and paste a bow of choice from the kit.

Selections invert, hit delete, select none. Add a drop shadow to the bow.

8. Highlight the frame layer, Magic wand, selections modify, expand by 10.

Copy and paste your tube, position her inside the frame, selections invert, hit delete.

Selections none. Add a drop shadow to the tube.

9. Now open the triple frame from the kit. Resize to your liking.

With magic wand, add shift, click inside the 3 squares, selections modify, expand by 10.

Copy and paste a paper of choice, selections invert, hit delete, select none.

Move the paper below the frame layer. Add a drop shadow to the frame.

Highlight the triple frame, with magic wand, click inside the 3 squares, selections.

Modify, expand by 10. Copy and paste your tube and position her. Selections

Invert, hit delete, select none. Drop shadow the tube. Hide all layers except for.

The triple frame, paper and tube we just made and merge visible. With your mover tool.

Slightly angle it the way you want. Place this merged layer to the right side.

10. Copy and paste one of the bows from the kit, Resize. Position it on the bottom

Of the merged frame. Add a drop shadow. Move it below the triple frame image.

11. Copy and paste flowers of choice from the kit. Resize them.

Position the flowers to the bottom right side and move them below the triple image frame.

Duplicate the flowers and position them to the top left side.

See my tag as a reference on placement.

12. Copy and paste two buttons from the kit, Resize them small. Position them

On the bottom middle. Add drop shadows to the buttons.

13. Copy and paste your tube on top of all other layers. You may need to resize the tube.

Position the tube to the left side. Add a drop shadow to the tube.

14. Add your name in font of choice. Add your watermark.

Add all Artist copyright into to your tag. That's it.

I am using a PTU scrap kit "Always And Forever", by Crazed Creations Here

Wsl_Mask106 Here

Tube of choice, Font of choice.

Tube used is by Ismael Rac Here

You will need a license to use his work.

"Let's Get Started"

Open a new blank 600x600 canvas and floodfill with white.

Open your Wsl_Mask106, set aside for now.

Copy and paste paper 10 from the kit, resize, if you are using the same one.

Open the Wsl_Mask and apply. Duplicate this mask layer and on the original

Mask layer, adjust, blur, gaussian blur of 25%, click ok.

Hide your white background, and merge the two mask layers visible.

Unhide your white background. You may have to use your deform tool to pull mask out.

Open doodle 1 from the kit, resize. copy and paste it under the merged mask layer.

Place it to the top left side. Layers duplicate, image mirror. Layers duplicate, image flip,

Layers duplicate, image mirror. Angle them to your liking.

See my tag as a reference.

On my tag, i resized one of the hearts to 30, then again at 80.

On the heart we just rezised, apply Mura Meister's Copies Plugin

And use these settings.

Circle, Tile Mode, Behind, Encircle.

1. Number =9

2. Shift X=50

3. Shift Y=50

Leave the rest of the settings as is.

Color=Red. And click ok. You may resize it to 110%.

Add a drop shadow to the heart frame we just made. With the magic wand tool

Click inside the circle, selections modify, expand by 6, copy and paste paper

Of choice. selections invert, hit delete, select none. Move paper below the circle.

Highlight the circle layer again, copy and paste curtain 1, selections invert, hit delete

Selections none. Make sure the curtain is on top of the paper layer. Add a drop

Shadow to the curtains, sharpen if needed.

Highlight the circle layer, Magic wand tool, click inside the circle, expand by 6.

Copy and paste your tube, place her in the middle of the circle, selections invert

Hit delete, select none. Add a drop shadow to the tube and make sure she is on top

Of the curtains.

Open another tube by the same artist and place her to the right side.

Add a drop shadow to the tube.

Now you may decorate your tag as you wish with elements from the kit.

Or you may use my tag as a guide for placing the elements.

Add drop shadows to all embellishments and sharpen if needed.

Add your name in font of choice, Add a drop shadow.

Add artist copyright info and your watermark.

Layers, merge tag visible. Save as a .Png File.

If you wish to Animate, Please read on.

I chose to use a bubbles animation for my tag. You can use any animation

You want to. On your tag, edit copy merged and paste it into AS

As a new animation. Duplicate it for as many frames as your animation has.

Edit, select all.

On your animation, edit select all, copy and paste it onto your tag into selection.

Frame properties is set to 10. View Animation.

If you are happy with your animation save tag as a .Gif File.

Any Christmas mask of your choice. I used 2 different mask for this tut.

"Ready? Let's Go"

Open a new blank 600x600 canvas and floodfill with white.

Open your mask, set aside for now. we will get back to the mask in a sec.

Copy and paste a paper of choice, apply your mask.

Duplicate the mask layer, on the original mask layer, adjust, blur, gaussian blur of 25%.

Click ok. Hide your white background, with deform tool, pull mask out to fit canvas.

Apply a slight drop shadow, but this is optional. Unhide the white background.

Repeat the mask layer using a different christmas mask of your choice.

Do Not pull the mask out to fit the canvas on this mask layer.

Hide your white background and merge the two mask layers visible.

Copy and paste a round frame of choice from the kit. Resize.

With the magic wand tool, click inside the frame, selections, modify, expand by 6.

Copy and paste paper of choice, selections invert, hit delete, select none.

Move the paper below the frame layer. Drop shadow the frame.

Highlight the frame layer, with magic wand, click inside the frame, selections.

Modify, expand by 6, copy and paste a garland deco, selections invert, hit delete.

Selections none. Add a drop shadow and sharpen if needed.

Make sure the garland deco is on top of the paper layer, but under the frame.

Highlight the frame layer, with magic wand click inside the frame, selections, modify.

Expand by 6, copy and paste your tube, positioning her to the right side.

Selections invert, hit delete, select none. Drop shadow the tube.

Open your choice of flowers, resize, postion the flower to the top left.

Add a drop shadow and sharpen if needed. Open another deco of your choice.

Resize, place it to the top right, Add a drop shadow, sharpen if needed.

Open the Santa Ho deco, resize, place it to the right side moving it down a little.

Add a drop shadow and sharpen if needed. Open a candle set, Resize it.

Place it to the bottom left on your canvas and place it to the bottom right.

Copy and paste a tree of choice from the kit, Resize. Place it on the bottom left.

Add a drop shadow and sharpen if needed. Open the bunch of flowers, Resize.

Place it on the bottom middle. Add a drop shadow, sharpen if needed.

Open a Santa Bear, Resize and place it to the bottom right and move it slightly.

Down making sure not to cover the candle set. Add a drop shadow.

Open your choice of ornaments, resize and place it to the top right side.

See my tag as a reference where to place it. Add a drop shadow and sharpen.

Copy and paste your tube on top of all layers, and place her to the left side.

If you are using the same tube as i did. Add a drop shadow to the tube.

Add your name and your watermark. Add artist copyright info.

If you do not wish to animate, save your tag as a .Png File.

If you wish to animate, then read on.

"Animation"

Hide all layers except for the merged mask layer. Edit, copy merged and paste.

Into AS as a new animation. Open your snow animation. Duplicate your tag as many frames

As your snow animation. Edit, select all, Go Back to your snow animation.

"Simply Christmas"

This Tutorial was written by me on Dec. 6th, 2009. and is of my own creation.
You will need Paint Shop Pro. This tut was written with Psp X2, but any version will work.
You must have a good knowledge of Psp and working with masks to do this tut.

"Supplies Needed"
Any version of Paint Shop Pro. Animation Shop.
VDL Adrenaline Snowflakes Plugin....Here
Wsl_Masks, 105 and 106....Here

Tube of choice, Font of choice.

"Ready? Let's Go"

Open a new blank 600x600 canvas and floodfill with white.
Open your masks and set aside for now. We will use the masks in a bit.
Copy and paste a paper of choice from the kit. Open Wsl_Mask106.
On the mask layer go to layers, new mask from image, you will see the mask in the source window. Source luminance is checked, invert is unchecked, click ok. Apply mask.
On the layer pallette, merge group on the mask layer. Duplicate the mask layer.
On the original mask layer, adjust, blur, gaussian blur of 25%, click ok.
Hide your white background and merge the two mask layers visible.
With your deform tool, pull mask out to fit canvas. Unhide your white background.
Add a very slight drop shadow to the merged mask layer.

Open the circle frame from the kit. Copy and paste it onto canvas.
Resize to your liking. With your magic wand tool, click inside the frame, selections.
Modify, expand by 6, copy and paste a paper of choice, selections invert, hit delete.
Select none. Move paper below the frame. Add a drop shadow to the frame.

Highlight the frame layer, with magic wand tool, click inside the frame, selections.
Modify, expand by 6, Copy and paste one of the beaded ribbons, selections invert, hit delete.
Select none. Move below the frame. Add a drop shadow to the ribbon.

Highlight the frame layer, Magic wand tool, click inside the frame, selections, modify.
Expand by 6, Copy and paste your tube, Position her inside the frame, selections.
Invert, hit delete, select none. Move the tube below the frame but on top of the paper layer.
Add a drop shadow to the tube.

Copy and paste the flower beads onto the canvas under the mask layer.
Position them to the left side of canvas and angle them to your liking. Add a drop shadow.
You may also copy and paste the flower bunches and position them to the right.
The choice is up to you. I didn't add them to my tag.

Copy and paste one of the ornament cones, resize, and place it to the right side.
A little bit lower from the top right side. Add a drop shadow.
Copy and paste some flowers from the kit, resize, and place them on the top left.
See my tag as a reference.

Copy and paste your choice of christmas trees, resize and position it on the left side.
Add a drop shadow and sharpen. Open the gingerbread house, resize, and.
And place it on the bottom right side of your canvas, add a drop shadow.

Open your choice of candle trios, resize, and position them on the bottom middle of canvas.
Sharpen them if needed.

Copy and paste the gift boxes, resize, and place them on the bottom of the tree.
Add a drop shadow and sharpen if needed.

Copy and paste ornaments from the kit, resize small, and position them on.
The bottom in fron of the candles, and slightly angle them, add a drop shadow, sharpen.

Copy and paste the holly, resize to your liking and position it to the top of to the side.
See my tag as a reference. Add a drop shadow and sharpen if needed.

Copy and paste your tube on top of all layers, resize if needed and postion her to.
The right side of canvas, Add a drop shadow to the tube.
Add your name and watermark, and artist copyright info.
If you do not wish to animate, save tag as a .png file.
If you wish to animate, then read on.

"Animation"

On the frame paper layer, go to effects, VDL Adrenaline with these settings.
I played with the settings on my VDL Adrenaline snowflakes til i got the effect i liked.
But you can have a play with the settings til you get the effect you like.
1. Amount=30
2. Minimum Size=0
3. Maximum Size=20
4. Hardness=0
5. Transparency=0
6.Snow Color=Basic Snow.
7. Random Seed=5.
And click ok.

Edit/copy merged and paste into AS as a new animation.
Go back to Psp and edit undo snowflakes.
Repeat the VDL Adreanaline snowflakes only changing the Random Seed to 10.
Edit/copy merged and paste into AS after the current frame.
Go back to Psp, and edit undo snowflakes.
Repeat the VDL Adrenaline snowflakes only changing the Random Seed to 20, click ok.
Edit/copy merged and paste into AS after the current frame.
View animation. I set my frame properties to 10.
Again you can play it faster or slower til you get what you like.
Save your tag as a .Gif File.

This tut is of my own creation and imagination. You must need a good working

Knowledge of Psp and working with masks for thus tut.

"Supplies You Will Need"

Any version of Paint Shop Pro. This tut was written in Psp X2.

"Animation Shop"

FTU Scrap Kit "Tis The Season" by Simply Sensational Scraps. Here

Wsl_Masks 57 and107. Here

Tube of choice, Font of choice.

I am using the fantastic artwork of Keith Garvey. You must purchase a license

To use his tubes which you can get Here

Please Do Not use the same tube as me without a license to do so.

"Ready, Let's Go"

Open a new blank 600x600 canvas and floodfill with white. Open your masks

In Psp and set aside for now. We will work with them in a minute.

Copy and paste a paper from the kit. Apply Wsl_Mask 57 . Merge group on the mask layer.

Duplicate the mask layer, and on the original mask layer, adjut, blur, gaussian blur

Of 25%, click ok. With deform tool pull mask out to fit canvas.

Repeat this same step with a different paper and the Wsl_Mask 107.

Do not pull Wsl_Mask 107 out to fit canvas. Duplicate this mask layer. On the

Original mask layer, apply the same blur as before. Hide your white background.

Merge the mask layers visible. Unhide the white background.

Open one of the circle frames from the kit. resize, Copy and paste onto canvas.

With magic wand tool, click inside the circle, selections modify, expand by 4, copy and

Paste a paper of choice, selections invert, hit delete, select none. add a drop shadow.

Move the paper layer below the circle frame layer.

Highlight the circle frame, magic wand, click inside the circle, selections modify,

Expand by 4, copy and paste one of the wrap bows, selections invert, hit delete, ok.

Highlight the circle frame again, selections modify, expand by 4, copy and paste

Your tube, position her inside the circle, selections invert, hit delete, select none.

Add a drop shadow to the tube.

Open one of the christmas trees. resize, copy and paste onto your canvas.

Place it to the left side bottom of the canvas, add a drop shadow, sharpen if needed.

Open the candy canes, resize, place them behind the tree, and move up. see my tag.

On one of the candy canes image mirror and angle it slightly. add a drop shadow.

Merge the two candy canes visible, duplicate image mirror. see my tag.

Open one of the fireplaces, resize, place it to the bottom right, add a drop shadow.

Open 3 candles, resize them small, place them in a row on top of the fireplace.

Add drop shadows to the candles. Open up the bows, resize them small.

Place them on the fireplace under each candle, add a drop shadow, sharpen.

Open ornaments you want, resize them small, and place them like they are hanging

On the bows, add a drop shadow, sharpen. Add ornaments to the top right on flower 1.

Open the candles you want, resize to your liking, place them on the bottom middle on canvas.

Add a drop shadow and sharpen if needed.Open the bears, resize them to your liking,

Place them in front of the fireplace towards the bottom, drop shadow, sharpen.

Open the ornaments again, resize them to your liking, place them in front of the candles,

Add drop shadows, sharpen if needed. see my tag.

Open flower 9 and resize it to your liking, place it to the top left of the canvas,

See my tag for placement. Add a drop shadow, sharpen if needed.

Open flower 1, resize it and place it to the top right, add a drop shadow, sharpen.

Open the box presents, resize them to your liking, place them to the bottom left side

In front of the tree, add drop shadows, sharpen if needed.

Open one of the present frames. resise to your liking. Copy and paste onto canvas.

With magic wand tool, click inside the square part, selections modify, expand by 4,

Copy and paste a paper of choice, selections invert, hit delete, select none.

Move paper below the frame. add a drop shadow to this frame.

With magic wand tool, click inside the frame, copy and paste your tube, position

Her inside the frame, selections invert, hit delete, select none. add a drop

Shadow to the tube. Hide all layers except for the image we just made, merge visible.

Unhide all other layers. Now you can resize the image we just made and place it to the

Bottom left side in front of the tree and slightly angle it. Place it behine the box presents.

Add your name in font of choice, Add artist copyright info and your watermark.

If you do not wish to animate, save tag as a .gif file.

If you wish to animate read on.

Now hide all layers except for all the candle layers. With your freehand selection tool,

Set on add mode, anti-alias checked,Carefully draw around the flames areas on the candles,

Adjust, add noise, random, monochrome checked with these settings.

Noise set at 30%, click ok. Highlight the paper layer under the tube, adjust, add noise of 30%, Click ok, edit copy merged and paste into AS as a new animation.

Go back to Psp, edit undo noise on both the candles and paper layer.

Repeat the same add noise only change the noise to 35% on both the candles and paper layer.

Edit, copy merged and paste into As after the current frame.

Go back to Psp and edit undo, and repeat the add noise only changing the noise to 30%,

Click ok, edit copy merged and paste into AS after the current frame.

View animation. Frame properties set on 10.

Save your tag as a .gif file.

Enjoy your new Tag.

You will need a very good knowledge of Psp and working with masks.

"Supplies Needed"

Paint Shop Pro...Any version will work with this tut.
Wsl_Mask 75, or mask of your choice. Here
Scrap Kit used was a freebie by Scrap Dimensions. "Tis' The Season"

Tube of choice, Font of choice.

I am using the fantastic artwork of Ismael Rac. You will need a license
To use his tubes. Here Please Do Not use the same tube without the proper license.
I also colourized all my embellishments to match the color of my tube.

"Ready, Let's Go"

Open a new blank 600x600 canvas and floodfill with white.
Open your mask and set aside for now. We will get back to it in a sec.
Copy and paste a paper from the kit, apply your mask. Duplicate the mask layer.
On the original mask layer, go to adjust, blur, gaussian blur 0f 25%, click ok.
Hide your white background and merge the two mask layers visible.
With deform tool, pull mask out on all sides to fit canvas.
Unhide your white background. Add a slight drop shadow to the mask.

Open one of the snowflakes from the kit. resize. place it to the top right corner,
Sticking out a little bit. Add a drop shadow, sharpen. Duplicate/image mirror.
Duplicate/image flip, Duplicate/image mirror. Hide all layers except
For the snowflake layers. merge them visible. Unhide all the other layers.
Now pull the snowflakes layer out to fit canvas. sharpen. Open one of the glitter doodles.
Resize, place it to the top left making it stick out a little bit.
Add a drop shadow, then sharpen.

Open a paper of choice and set it as your foreground, background null.
Holding down the shift key, draw out a good-sized circle on top of mask layer.
Objects, align center on canvas, convert to a raster layer. Add a drop shadow.
Highlight the circle layer, with magic wand, click inside the circle, selections, modify.
Expand by 4, copy and paste a paper, selections invert, hit delete, select none.

Move the paper layer below the circle layer. Highlight the circle layer again and.
With magic wand, click inside the circle, selections modify, expand by 4.
Copy and paste the hanging stars, resize, selections invert, hit delete, select none.
Move the hanging stars below the circle layer but on top of the paper layer.
Add a drop shadow, then sharpen.

Highlight the circle layer again, with magic wand, click inside the circle, selections,
Modify expand by 4, copy and paste your tube. selections invert, hit delete, select none.
Add a drop shadow to the tube. Make sure the tube is on top of the hanging stars.

I chose to make my tube look like she is coming out of the frame. If you choose
To make her look like she is coming out of the frame, carefully erase parts of the tube
Hanging out from the circle.

Open flowers from the kit, resize, place it to the top right corner. Add a drop shadow.
Open one of the pointsetta flowers, resize, place it to the bottom anywhere you wish.
Or see my tag as a guide for placement. Add a drop shadow, sharpen.

Open one of the lollipops, resize, and place it to the left side bottom of canvas.
Add a drop shadow, then sharpen. Open one of the x-mas trees, resize it,
Place it to the bottom left side. see my tag as a guide. Add a drop shadow, sharpen.

Open presents, resize and place it to the bottom middle. Add a drop shadow.
Sharpen if needed. Open the sleigh, resize, place it to the bottom left side of canvas.
Add a drop shadow, sharpen if needed.

Open the cancles, resize. Place it on the bottom on top of the pointsettas.
Add a drop shadow. sharpen if needed. Open the stockings and resize. place them
On the top left. Add a drop shadow. sharpen.

Open the hanging bells, resize, place it on top of the stockings. drop shadow.
Open a bow, resize, and place it on top of the bells. add a drop shadow, sharpen if needed.
Open an ornament of choice, resize and place it on top of the flower.
Add a drop shadow and sharpen. Or just see my tag as a guide for placements.

Add your tube again on top of all other layers. Place her towards the bottom or,
Where you want. Add a drop shadow to the tube.
Add your name in font of choice, Add artist copyright info,
And your watermark. You may save the tag as is as a .png file or animate.

"Animation"

On the merged snowflakes layer, adjust/add/remove noise with these settings.
1. Add noise of 50% Random, Monochrome checked.
Highlight the hanging stars layer and add noise of 50%, Random, Monochrome checked.
Click ok. Edit/copy merged and paste into AS as a new animation.
Go back to Psp and edit undo noise on both the hanging stars layer and merged snowflakes layer. Repeat the add noise as above only changing the noise to 55%, click ok.
Edit/copy merged and paste into AS after the current frame.
Go back to Psp and edit/undo as above. Repeat the add noise only changing the,
Noise to 60%. edit/copy merged and paste into AS after the current frame.
View animation. If you are satisfied with the animation, save your tag as a .gif file.
You may also play with the frame properties to what settings you like.

"Supplies Needed"

Any version of Paint Shop Pro will work with this tut. I used Psp9.

Animation Shop.

Wsl_Mask78, or your mask of choice. Font of choice. Here

I used the FTU scrap kit from Gina,"Christmas Cheer", Here

I am using the artwork of Jose Cano. You must purchase a license to use his work.

You may get the tubes Here

Please Do Not use the same tube without a proper license.

"Let's Go"

Open a new 600x600 blank canvas and floodfill with white.

Open your mask and set aside for now. Copy and paste a paper of choice.

Apply the mask. Duplicate the mask layer, and on the original mask layer.

Go to adjust, blur, gaussian blur of 25%, click ok.

Hide the white background, and merge the two mask layers visible.

Unhide the white background and with your deform tool, pull mask out to fit canvas.

Now i colourized my tag to match my tube. This is optional.

Open a paper from the kit and set this as your foreground color.

With your preset shapes tool set on eclipse, width of 20, holding down the shift key.

Draw out a good sized circle making sure not to go over the mask layer.

Objects align, center in canvas. convert to a raster layer.

Add a drop shadow to the circle frame.

Making sure you are on the circle frame layer, with magic wand tool, click inside the circle.

Selections modify, expand by 6, copy and paste a paper of choice. selections invert.

Hit delete, select none. Add a slight drop shadow, optional. move paper below the circle layer.

On the circle frame layer, magic wand, click inside the circle frame, selections.

Modify, expand by 6, open a wrap bow from the kit. copy and paste onto the canvas.

Selections invert, hit delete, select none. Make sure its on top of the paper layer.

Magic wand, click inside the circle frame, selections modify, expand by 6.

Copy and paste your tube. Position her inside the circle, selections invert, hit delete, select none. or you could position her so that she looks like she is coming out of the frame.

This is your choice. Add a drop shadow to the tube.

Open the snowflakes from the kit. copy and paste them and position them to the top right.

Resize to your liking. Add drop shadows. sharpen. Open the flower like ornaments.

Resize to your liking and position it to the top right side and make it stick out to.

The side a little bit. Add a drop shadow, sharpen. Duplicate this layer, image/mirror.

Opn the flowers from the kit. resize them to your liking. Position them to the top right.

And move them down slightly. see my tag as a guide for placement.

Add drop shadows to the flowers. sharpen.

Open the candle sets, resize them to your liking. Position them to the left bottom side.

Of the canvas. Add drop shadows, sharpen. Open the candycanes, resize

Them to your liking. Position them to the left bottom side and place them how you want them.

Add drop shadows to them, sharpen.

Open the presents, resize them to your liking. Position them to the left bottom side.

Add drop shadows to them, sharpen. see my tag as a guide.

Open the ornaments from the kit, resize them to your liking. Position them to.

The bottom middle, add drop shadows and sharpen. Copy and paste the holly.

Resize it, and position on top of the candycanes. Drop shadow, sharpen.

Add your name in font of choice. Add a drop shadow, sharpen.

Add artist copyright info and your watermark.

"Animation"

Animation is optional. If you chose to animate like i have, please follow these steps.

On the circle frame paper layer, go to effects, VDL Adrenaline snowflakes

With these settings.

1. Amount =50.

2. Size Range Begin=0

3. Size Range End=20.

4. Hardness=0

5. Transparency=0

6. Snow Color=Basic Snow.

7. Random Seed=5.

Edit/copy merged and paste into AS as a new animation.

Go back to Psp and edit/undo snowflakes effect.

Repeat the snowflakes effect only changing the Random Seed to 15.

Edit/copy merged and paste into AS after the current frame.

Go back to Psp, edit undo snowflakes, repeat the snowflakes effect only

Changing the random Seed to 20. Edit/copy merged and paste into AS after

The current frame. Keep the animation properties on 10. View animation.

You can also play with the animation frames settings to play slower or faster.

Your choice. Save as a .Gif File.

Tutorial "Rac Berry X-Mas"

This Tutorial was written by (me), on Nov. 22, 2009.

But any version of Paint Shop Pro will work. You also need a good knowledge working

With masks.

You will also need the VDL Adrenaline plugin for the snowflakes.

Animation is also (Optional).

I am using the PTU "Berry X-Mas" Scrap kit from Sue of WackyWinnie Designz.

Wsl_Masks 81 and 64. Here Tube of Choice, Font of choice.

to use his tubes. You may find his tubes. Here"

Open a new 600x600 blank canvas and floodfill with white.

Open paper WWDpaper4. Copy and paste it onto your canvas. Open your Wsl_Mask 84.

Go to layers, new mask layer from image, you will see your mask listed in the source window.

Source luminance checked, invert unchecked. click ok. Go to layers, load/save mask

To alpha channel, click save. Now on your paper layer, go to layers, load/save mask,

From alpha channel, click on load. Right-click on the layer palette and merge group on

The mask layer. Duplicate this mask layer and on the original mask layer,

Go to adjust, blur, gaussian blur of 25%. click ok. Hide the white background, and

Merge the two mask layers visible. Unhide the white background. Pull mask out to fit canvas.

Open WWDpaper 1 and repeat the same steps above for the Wsl_Mask 61.

Do not pull this mask out to fit canvas. Duplicate the Wsl_Mask61 and on the original

Layer, adjust, blur, gaussian blur of 25%, click ok. Hide all layers except for the two

Wsl_Mask 61 and merge them visible. Unhide all other layers. Lower the opacity on

This mask layer to 45-48. Hide all layers except for the two merged mask layers and merge these visible. Unhide the white background.

Now open one of the frames from the kit. Copy and paste it on top of the masks layers.

Resize a little. You do not want it to cover the frame. With magic wand tool, click inside

The frame, selections modify, expand by 8, Copy and paste WWDpaper 9.

Selections invert, hit delete, select none. move the paper below the frame layer.

With magic wand tool, click inside the frame again, selections modify, expand by 8.

Copy and paste your tube, position her inside the frame. Add a drop shadow to tube.

Now if you want you can also have her looking like she is coming out of the frame. This

Is your choice. I chose to position her inside the frame.

Open the WWD Tree 1. Copy and paste it on top of all layers, resize to your liking.

Position the tree on the bottom right side of canvas, add a drop shadow.

Open the WWD Boxes 1, 2, and 3. Resize to your liking and place one of them to the bottom

Right side near the tree. Add a drop shadow. Place the other two boxes on the bottom left side. add drop shadows.

Open WWDpflower 1, Copy and paste it behind the tree, Resize, Add a drop shadow.

Open the WWDOflower2, Copy and paste it on top of the flower we just did, slightly moving it towards the right. Add a drop shadow.

Open the WWDSnowman 1 and 2, Resize, Copy and paste onto the canvas. Position them to

The bottom right side and place in front of the tree. Add drop shadows. Sharpen.

Open WWDCandle2, Copy and paste it onto the canvas, Resize, position it to the

Bottom left side of canvas, Add a drop shadow, sharpen.

Open the WWDBall 1, 2, and 3. Resize small. Copy and paste them onto canvas.

Position them to the top right side of canvas. See my tag as a reference. Add drop shadows.

Open the WWDBBall 1 and 2, Resize small, Copy and paste them on the bottom middle of your tag. Add drop shadows. sharpen.

Open the WWDDecoration 1, Resize, Copy and paste it to the top right side.

Add a drop shadow, sharpen.

Open your tube again, image/mirror. Copy and paste the tube on top of all layers.

Position her to the left side of canvas. Add a drop shadow to the tube.

Add your name and your watermark. Add artist copyright info.

"Animation"

On your merged mask layer, providing you have the VDL Adrenaline Plugin.

Go to effects and find the snowflakes plugin. Now with these settings:

1.) Amount=50, 2.)Size Range Begin=0, 3.) Size Range End=10, 4.)Hardness=5, 5.) Transparency=5, 6.) Snow Color=Basic Snow. 7.) Random Seed=10. Click ok. Now on the paper

Layer, repeat the VDL Adrenaline Snowflakes. Edit/Copy Merged and paste

Into AS as a new animation. Go back to psp and edit, undo the snowflakes effect on

Both the mask layer and the paper layer.

"Repeat" this same step only changing the random seed to 15, edit, copy merged

And paste into AS after the current frame. Go back to psp, edit, undo the snowflakes effect.

"Repeat" again only changing the random seed to 20. Click ok. Edit, copy

Merged and paste into AS after the current frame. Frame properties set at 10.

View Animation. If you are happy with the animation, save as a .Gif File.

Snow animation of choice.

"Let's Start"

Open your mask in Psp and put aside for now.

Open a new 600x600 blank canvas and floodfill with white.

Copy and paste a paper of choice from the kit as a new layer. Apply mask.

Duplicate the mask layer, and on the original mask layer, adjust, blur, gaussian blur

Of 25%, click ok. Hide the white background layer, merge the two mask layers visible.

Unhide the white background. Pull mask out to fit canvas.

Open the clips from the kit, copy and paste them under the merged mask layer.

Resize them, image flip. Position them to the top right of canvas and with your deform

Tool, angle them to your liking. Add drop shadows.

Open the flower bunches, copy and paste them under the mask layer, and

Position them to the top left side of the canvas. Duplicate and place one on the bottom

Right. Add drop shadows.

Open one of the circle frames from the kit. Copy and paste on top of mask layer.

Add a drop shadow to the circle frame. With your magic wand tool, click inside circle.

Selections, modify, expand by 8, copy and paste a paper of choice, selections invert.

Hit delete, select none. Move the paper below the circle frame. With magic wand, click inside the circle again, selections modify expand by 8, open a wrap bow or beaded ribbon,

Position it inside the circle, selections invert, hit delete, select none. Drop shadow.

Making sure this is on top of the paper layer.

On the circle frame layer, With magic wand, click inside the circle, selections

Modify, expand by 8, Copy and paste your tube, Position her inside the circle.

Selections invert, hit delete, select none. Add a drop shadow to the tube. Make sure

The tube is on top of the wrap bow or beaded ribbon but inside the circle.

Open any of the flowers from the kit. Resize, Position them on the bottom right.

Add drop shadows. Open the gingerbread house, resize, and position it on the bottom right.

See my tag as a reference for the placement. Add a drop shadow.

Open a pointsetta flower, resize, and position one to the bottom left of canvas.

Add a drop shadow, layers duplicate and place it to the top right. Open one of

The candle sets, resize, position it to the bottom right of canvas. Add a drop shadow.

Open the cookie jar resize, and position it to the bottom left of canvas. Drop shadow.

Now you can add any ornaments from the kit, resize them and place where you want.

Add drop shadows and sharpen if needed.

Open the holly from the kit. Resize, place one on the top left of canvas.

Layers, duplicate and place it to the bottom of canvas near the cookie jar.

Add drop shadows.

Open one of the trail ribbons, resize, and place it on top of the pointsetta flower. Add

A drop shadows, sharpen if needed.

Open one of the heart chain accents and place it to the right side on top of the trail ribbons.

Add a drop shadow and sharpen if needed.

Open any ornaments from the kit and resize them. Place them to the bottom middle.

Open your tube and copy and paste it on top of all other layers, Position

Her to the left side of canvas. Resize if needed. Add a drop shadow to the tube.

Now you can add your name and your watermark.

Add all artist copyright info. Merge layers visible. Now we need to take it into AS.

"Animation"

Go to edit, copy merged and paste into AS as a new animation.

Depending on the snow animation you use, duplicate the tag for as many frames

As the snow animation. Snow animation i used has 10 frames, so you would

Duplicate as many frames as you need for the snow animation.

On your duplicated tag, select all. On the snow animation, select all, edit copy and

Paste into selection. Keep repeating this step til you have all the areas

Covered you want the snow on your tag. When your done, click on view animation.

Now you need to decide on how fast you want the snow to animate. Click on

Animation, then click on frame properties and in the little box put in 15-20.

Click ok. View animation. If all goes well with the animation, save you tag as a .gif file.

You will need any version of Paint Shop Pro. You will also need a good knowledge of

Working with masks.

I used Wsl_Mask 17, Here but you can use any mask you wish.

Tube of choice, Font of choice.

I am using a freebie scrap kit from Scraps-Dimensions called "Diamond Blues".

"Ready? Let's Go"

Open your mask in Psp and set aside for now.

Open a new 600x600 blank canvas and floodfill with white.

Add a new layer. Copy and paste a paper of choice from the kit.

Open your mask, apply mask. Duplicate the mask layer, and on the original layer.

Adjust, blur, gaussian blur of 25%. Hide your white background layer.

And merge the two mask layers visible. Unhide your white background. Pull the

Merged mask layer out to fit the canvas.

Open up the SD DB Embellishment 3. Copy and paste on top of the merged mask layer.

Add a drop shadow and place it to the left top side. Sharpen.

Open up the SD DB Clip 1. Copy and paste it on top of merged mask layer.

Resize. image flip, position it to the top right side and angle it to the right.

Repeat this same step for the SD DB Clip 2. Add drop shadows to both clips.

Choose a patterned paper from the kit and set this as your foreground on the

Layer pallette, background is null. With your preset shapes tool set on eclipse,

Width of 20, holding down your shift key, draw out a good-sized circle, objects, align

Center on the canvas. convert to a raster layer. Add a drop shadow to the circle.

On the circle layer, with magic wand, click inside the circle, selections, modify, expand by 4.

Copy and paste a paper of choice, selections invert, hit delete, select none.

Move the paper layer below the circle layer. Back on the circle layer, with your

Magic wand, click inside the circle, selections modify, expand by 4, Open the SD DB Wrap 2.

Copy and paste it on top of the circle layer, selections invert, hit delete, select none.

Making sure its on top of the paper layer. Add a drop shadow.

Back on the circle layer, Copy and paste your tube. Position her inside the circle,

Selections invert, hit delete, select none. Add a drop shadow to the tube.

Add tube again on top of all other layers, Position her to the left side, resize if needed.

Add a drop shadow to the tube.

Now you can decorate your tag as you wish or you can use my tag as a reference on placement.

Add your name and your watermark.

Add artist copyright info, save as .Png file.

"Supplies Needed"

Paint Shop Pro, any version will work. I am using PspX2.

You must also have a good working knowledge working with mask for this tut.

An autumn scrap kit of choice. I am using "Autumn Bliss" by Monica.

Tube of choice, Font of choice.

I am using the Fantastic artwork of Ismael Rac. Please Do Not use the same

Tube without the proper AMI license to do so. You may find his tubes.

"Ready? Let's Go"

Open a new 600x600 blank canvas. you can resize later. Floodfill canvas with white.

Open a paper from the kit, copy and paste onto canvas. Open your mask.

Go to layers, new mask from image, a box will pop up, add mask to image.

Source luminance checked. you will see the mask listed in the drop-down menu. click ok.

Layers, load/save/ save mask to alpha channel. click save. apply mask.

On the mask layer, merge group. duplicate the mask layer, on the original mask layer.

Adjust, blur, gaussian blur, 25%. click ok. Hide the white background.

Merge the two mask layers visible. Pull mask out on all sides to fit the canvas.

Unhide the white background. You may add a slight drop shadow if needed.

Open frame5 from the kit. copy and paste on top of the mask layer.

With magic wand, click inside the circle, selections modify, expand by 6.

Open a paper of choice, copy and paste onto canvas, selections invert, hit delete.

Selections none. Add a drop shadow to the frame. open a wrap bow, selections, modify

Expand by 6, position, selections invert, hit delete. selections none. dop shadow.

Back on the frame layer, with magic wand click inside the circle, selections

Modify, expand by 6, copy and paste your tube, position the tube, selections invert

Hit delete. selections none. add a drop shadow to the tube.

Open one of the binderclips from the kit. copy and paste on top of the merged mask layer.

Image flip. Slightly angle it and move it to the right side. add a drop shadow.

Open one of the flowerstems, copy and paste it onto the canvas. move it to the left side.

Add a drop shadow. open another flowerstem, copy and paste onto canvas, and

Place it to the right side of canvas. add a drop shadow.

Now you can decorate your tag with embellishments from the kit.

See my tag as a reference on placement. add drop shadows. sharpen if needed.

Now open frame2, resize, copy and paste onto canvas. with magic wand, click

Inside the squares, selections modify, expand by 6. copy and paste a paper of choice.

Selections invert, hit delete. selections none. back on the frame2 layer, magic wand.

Selections modify, expand by 6, copy and paste your tube, position what you want showing.

Selections invert, hit delete. selections none. add a drop shadow to the frame and tube.

Hide all layers except for the image we just made. place the image to the right side.

Se my tag as a reference for placement.

Now add your name in a font of choice. you can use a papers of choice or colors.

Add your watermark. add all artist copyright info.

merge tag visible. save as a .png file.

Open a new blank 600x600 canvas and floodfill with white.
Open your mask. Copy and paste a paper of choice from the scrap kit.
Apply your mask, click ok. Duplicate the mask layer, and on the original mask layer.
Adjust, blur, gaussian blur of 25%. click ok. Hide the white background and.
Merge the two mask layers visible. Unhide the white background.
Add a slight drop shadow to the mask layer, sharpen if needed.

Open your choice of flower clips from the kit. Copy and paste them onto canvas.
Place them to the right side under the mask layer. Position one below the other.
See my tag as a reference. With your deform tool, angle them slightly.
Add a drop shadow to both flower clips, sharpen if needed.

Open your choice of flower bunches, and place them to the right side top.
Duplicate, image mirror. See my tag for placement. Add drop shadows, sharpen.

Open the bow frame from the kit, Copy and paste it on top of all layers.
With your magic wand tool, click inside the frame, selections modify, expand by 8.
Copy and paste a paper of choice, selections invert, hit delete. select none.
Back on the bow frame layer, magic wand, expand by 8, copy and paste a wrap bow.
Selections invert hit delete, select none. add a drop shadow. sharpen if needed.
Copy and paste your tube and place her like she is coming out of the frame.
Add a drop shadow to the tube.

Open the triple image frame from the kit. Place it to the bottom middle.
With your magic wand, add shift mode, click inside each square, expand by 8.
Copy and paste a paper of choice, selections invert, hit delete, select none.
Back on the triple frame layer, magic wand, expand by 8, click inside a square.
Add your tube, selections invert, hit delete, select none. move the tube below
The frame layer. Add a drop shadow to the tube. Repeat this step on the other.
Two images. See my tag as a reference. Hide all other layers except for the triple
Image frame, paper, and tubes. merge visible. Unhide all other layers.

Now you can decorate your tag with embellishments from the kit.
Add drop shadows to all embellishments and sharpen if needed. Add your.
Name in font of choice. Add a drop shadow and sharpen if needed.
Add your watermark and artist copyright info.

Save your tag as a .png file.

Unhide your white background. add a slight drop shadow if needed.

Open the Denim_ Delicious Frame2 from the kit. copy and paste onto canvas.
With your magic wand, click inside the frame making sure you get all the areas on it.
Selections modify, expand by 6, copy and paste a paper of choice, selections, invert.
Hit delete. select none. add a drop shadow to the frame layer.

Back on the frame layer, magic wand, selections modify, expand by 6.
Copy and paste your tube. selections invert, hit delete. select none. move the
Tube below the frame layer, but make sure its on top of the paper layer. add a
Drop shadow to the tube.

Copy and paste your tube again on top of all layers, image mirror.
And place her to the right side. Add a drop shadow to the tube.
Open any embellishments you want from the kit. add drop shadows.
See my tag as a reference for placement or where you want.

Add your name and your watermark. add artist copyright info.
Save as a .Png File.

Open any flower doodle from the kit. copy and paste it on the merged mask layer.
Add a drop shadow, duplicate, image mirror. see my tag for placement.
Copy and paste your tube again on top of all layers, image mirror and place
It to the right side bottom. add a drop shadow to the tube.

Now you can open any embellishment from the kit and place where you want.
Add drop shadows to all the embellishments. you can also use my tag as a reference.

On the rectangle layer. with magic wand click inside the white frame part.
Expand by 2. copy and paste a paper of choice, selections invert, hit delete.

Click inside the rectangle, expand by 2, copy and paste a paper of choice.
Selections invert, hit delete, select none. add a slight drop shadow.

Back on the rectangle layer, magic wand, expand by 2, copy and paste your tube.
Position her to the left side, selections invert, hit delete, select none. add
A drop shadow to the tube. Duplicate the tube, image mirror.
Move the tube layers above the paper layer.

Open one of the envelopes from the kit. copy and paste onto the canvas.
Resize to your liking. with your selection tool set on rectangle, draw around the
Envelope, copy and paste the tube, selections invert, hit delete, select none.
Now make the tube look like she is coming out of the envelope. add a
Drop shadow to the tube. Decorate the envelope the way you want or
Use my tag as a reference. add a drop shadow. move the image we just made,
Under the white bow on the template.

Now you can decorate your tag with embellishments from the kit.
Add drop shadows to all embellishments you use. or colourize to suit your tag.
Add your name in font of choice. drop shadow.
Add all artist copyright info and your watermark.

Open a 600x600 blank canvas and floodfill with white. Open your masks.
Copy and paste paper 15 from the kit. Open WSL_Mask61, apply.
Duplicate the mask layer, on the original mask layer, adjust, blur, gaussian
Blur of 20%, click ok. Hide the white background and merge mask layers visible.
Unhide the white background. Copy and paste one of the cloud papers of choice.
Apply WSL_Mask161, duplicate and apply the same gaussian blur as before.
Hide the white background and merge all mask layers visible. pull mask out to fit.

Copy and paste one of the flower bunches from the kit. position it to the left side,
Rotate it slightly. duplicate this layer, image mirror, duplicate image flip and position
It to the right side bottom. see my tag as a reference. add a drop shadow to the flower bunches.

Open one of the Circle frames, copy and paste onto the canvas.
With magic wand, click inside the frame, expand by 6, copy and paste paper
Of choice, selections invert, hit delete, select none. move the paper below the frame.
Add a drop shadow to the frame. on the frame layer, magic wand, expand by 6.
Copy and paste wrap bow of choice, selections invert, hit delete, select none.

Back on the frame layer, magic wand, expand by 6, copy and paste tube.
Selections invert, hit delete, select none. drop shadow the tube. duplicte the
Tube layer and make her look like she is coming out of the frame. erase any
Parts sticking out.

Now add any embellishments you want from the kit. or see my tag for
As a reference on placement. add drop shadows to all embellishments.
Add your name and your watermark. add artist copyright info.
Save as a .png file. Your done.

"Let's Go"

Open a new 600x600 blank canvas and floodfill with white.
Open your Zuzzanna_Mask03. copy and paste paper 15 onto canvas.
On the mask, go to layers, new mask layer, from image, source luminance,
Invert mask data checked, load, save mask to alpha channel, find the mask in
The dropdown menu, click save. apply mask. duplicate the mask layer, on
The original mask layer, adjust, blur, gaussian blur of 20%, click ok.
Hide the white background, and merge the 2 mask layers visible.
Unhide the white background. Repeat this same step with Zuzzanna_Mask02.
Resize this zuzzanna02_ mask layer 80%. hide the white background.
Merge all mask layers visible. unhide the white background.

Open the Flower Circle Frame01 from the kit. copy and paste onto canvas.
Add a drop shadow of choice, sharpen. staying on this layer, selection tool, circle,
Draw a big circle making it as big as the frame, but just a little smaller, see my tag.
Go to selections, modify, smooth at 10. click ok. copy and paste paper 12.
Selections invert, hit delete, selections none. still on this layer, go to
Selections all, float, defloat, copy and paste wrap bow2, selections invert,
Hit delete. select none. add a drop shadow to the wrap bow. make sure the circle
Layer is just a little smaller than the frame, move under the frame.

Back on the circle layer, selections all, float, defloat, copy and paste tube,
Selections invert, hit delete, select none. drop shadow the tube.
Open the Flower Bunch03, copy and paste over the merged mask layer.
Position it on the top left, duplicate, image mirror, duplicate again, image flip.
Duplicate, image mirror. use my tag as a reference. add drop shadows.

Now open any embellishments from the kit. position where you want, or use
My tag as a reference. add drop shadows to all, sharpen if needed.
Add your name and your watermark. add all artist copyright info.
Save as a .png file.

"Ready, Let's Go"

Open a new 600x600 blank canvas and floodfill with white.
Copy and paste paper 3, open Becky_Mask022 and apply. Duplicate the
Mask layer, and on the original, adjust, blur, gaussian blur of 20%, click ok.
Hide your white background and merge the mask layers visible.
Pull the merged mask layer out to fit canvas and add a slight drop shadow.
Unhide the white background.

Open doodle 1, copy and paste on top of merged mask layer, and pull it out
On all sides to fit canvas. add a drop shadow. Repeat this same step for
Doodle 2. or see my tag as a reference. sharpen as needed.

Open foliage 3, copy and paste over the mask layer, position to the right.
Duplicate this layer and move down a little, add drop shadows.
Open frame 3, copy and paste on top of all layers, add a drop shadow, sharpen.

On frame 3, magic wand, click inside the frame, expand by 8.
Open paper 3, copy and paste on top of frame, selections invert hit delete.
Select none. Back on the frame 3 layer, magic wand, expand by 8, open
Ribbon 7, position, selections invert, hit delete. select none. open
Your tube, selections invert, hit delete, select none. move tube below the frame.
Add a drop shadow to the tube.

Open frame 2, copy and paste onto your canvas. resize to your liking.
Magic wand, click inside the frame 2, expand by 8, copy and paste paper 15.
Selections invert, hit delete, select none. back on the frame 2 layer, magic wand.
Expand by 8, add your tube, position inside the frame, selections invert, hit delete.
Select none, move the tube down under the frame 2 layer.
Add a drop shadow to the tube. Hide all layers except for frame 2, paper 15
And tube, merge these layers visible. Rotate image slightly to the right.

Open your tube again, copy and paste on top of all other layers.
Position her to the left side. add a drop shadow to the tube.
Open Roses 7 and 8, resize, copy and paste onto the frame 2 image.
Add drop shadows to the roses. see my tag for placement.

Opn bow 7, resize to your liking and place to the left of frame 3.
Rotate the bow layer, use my tag as a reference. Drop shadow the bow.
Open flower 8, copy and paste, position on the top right. add a drop shadow.
Open butterflycharm 2, copy and paste onto canvas. position it on top of flower 8.
Add a drop shadow and sharpen if needed.

Open butterfly 3, resize and place it to the bottom left side, add a drop shadow.
Open bowflower 3, position it to the right side middle. drop shadow.
Open heart 4, resize and position it to the right side of the small image.
Add a drop shadow, duplicate, image mirror and position.
See my tag for placement. add your name in font of choice. drop shadow.

Add artist copyright info and your watermark.
Save as a .png file.

Let's Stsrt

Open a new 600x600 blank canvas and floodfill with white.
Copy and paste a paper of choice from the kit.
Open your mask, go to layers, new mask from image, source luminance
Checked. invert mask unchecked. apply mask. Duplicate the mask layer.
On the original mask layer, go to adjust, blur, gaussian blur of 20%. click ok.
Hide your white background and merge the 2 mask layers visible.
Add a slight drop shadow (optional).

Open one of the round frames of choice from the kit.
Copy and paste onto your canvas, with magic wand, click inside the frame.
Selections modify, expand by 6, copy and paste a paper of choice.
Selections invert, hit delete, select none. move this layer below the frame.
Back on the frame layer, magic wand, expand by 6, add your tube.
Selections invert, hit delete. add a drop shadow to the tube.
Make sure the tube is on top of the paper layer.

Add any embellishments you want from the kit and position where you want.
Or use my tag as a reference. add drop shadows to the embellishments.
Add your name in font of choice, add a drop shadow.
Add your tube again on top of all layers, add a drop shadow and move
Her to the left side. add a drop shadow to the tube.

Add artist copyright info and your watermark.
Save as .png file.

Ready, Let's Go
Open a new 600x600 blank canvas and floodfill with white.
Copy and paste a paper of choice from the kit.
Open your Wsl_Mask226, go to layers, new mask from image, source luminance
Checked, invert unchecked and apply mask. duplicate the mask layer.
And on the original mask layer, go to adjust, blur, gaussian blur of 20%.
Click ok. hide the white background and merge the 2 mask layers visible.
Unhide your white background. Pull the mask layer out to fit canvas.

Repeat this step above with another paper from the kit.
Only do not pull the mask layer out to fit canvas.
Hide your white background and merge all mask layers together.
Unhide your white background.

Open doodles sc-element 21c-itha and sc-element 21b-itha.
Copy and paste sc-element 21c-itha underneath the merged mask layer.
Add a drop shadow of choice. duplicate, image mirror and position.
Use my tag as a reference. Repeat this step with sc-element 21b-itha.

Open the sc-frame05-itha. copy and paste the frame onto canvas.
Add a drop shadow. with magic wand, click inside the frame, selections, modify
Expand by 6. copy and paste a paper of choice, selections invert, hit delete.
Selections none. back on the frame layer, click inside with magic wand,
Selections modify, expand by 6. copy and paste your tube, selections invert hit delete.
Selections none. drop shadow the tube.
Copy and paste your tube again on top of all layers. position her where you want.
Add a drop shadow to the tube.

Open sc-element24-itha. copy and paste on top of the merged mask layer.
Add a drop shadow. position to the top right side. duplicate, image mirror.
Duplicate again and image flip, move more towards the bottom middle.

Open sc-frame02-itha. copy and paste on top of all layers.
Add a drop shadow. resize frame to your liking. with magic wand, click
Inside frame, selections modify, expand by 6, copy and paste a paper of choice.
Selections invert, hit delete. selections none. back on the frame layer, add your tube.
Selections invert, hit delete. select none. drop shadow the tube.
Hide all layers except for the image we just made, merge visible. unhide all layers.
Move this merged image to the bottom left and angle it slightly.

Now open all other embellishments of your choice and position where you want.
Add drop shadows to all embellishments. or use my tag for placement.
Add your name in font of choice, add a drop shadow.

Add all artist copyright info and your watermark.
Save as a .png file.

Open your template in Psp, shift D to duplicate and close the original.
Open your mask. Shift D to duplicate, close the original.

On the circle layer select all, selections float, defloat, copy and paste
A paper of choice from the kit, selections invert, hit delete, select none.
Delete the circle layer, add a drop shadow.

On the rectangle layer, selections all, float, defloat, copy and paste
A paper of choice from the kit, selections invert, hit delete, select none.
Delete the rectangle layer, add a drop shadow.

Repeat the steps above for all other template layers.
Add drop shadows.

On your white background, copy and paste a paper of choice from the kit.
Open your mask of choice and apply. duplicate the mask layer,
On the original mask layer, go to adjust, blur, gaussian blur of 20%, click ok.
Hide all layers except for the 2 mask layers and merge visible.
Pull the merged mask layer to fit the canvas.

Add any embellishments from the kit and position where you want.
Add drop shadows, sharpen if needed. see my tag as a
Reference on placement.

Add your name in patterns or colors and add a drop shadow.
Add artist copyright info and your watermark.
Save as a .png file.

"Let's Start"
Open a new 600x600 blank canvas and floodfill with white.
Copy and paste a paper of choice from the kit. open your mask and apply.
Duplicate the mask layer. on the original mask layer go to adjust, blur
Gaussian blur of 20%, click ok. hide the white background and merge the mask
Layers visible. unhide the white background. pull the mask layer out to fit canvas.

Open the Sc_frame_6. copy and paste it onto your canvas. resize to your liking.
With the magic wand tool, click inside the frame, expand by 6.
Copy and paste a paper of choice, selections invert, hit delete. select none.
Add a drop shadow to the frame layer.

Back on the frame layer, magic wand, expand by 6, add your tube.
Position her, selections invert, hit delete. select none.
Add a drop shadow to the tube. move the tube below the frame layer.

Open your tube and copy and paste it on top of all layers.
Position her to the left side and move down towards the bottom.
Add a drop shadow to the tube.

Open the Sc_KissMe_38. on the circle frame layer, magic wand, expand
By 6, open the sc_kissme_38, selections invert, hit delete. select none.
Position it to the top of the circle frame, move down a little. duplicate
This layer and move down towards the bottom of the circle frame.
Add a drop shadow.

Open a triple frame from the kit. copy and paste onto the canvas.
Resize the frame to your liking. magic wand, click inside the frame,
Expand by 6, copy and paste a paper of choice, selections invert, hit delete.
Select none. back on the triple frame layer, magic wand, expand by 6.
Open your tube, position her in the squares. add a drop shadow to the tube
and the triple frame. hide all layers except for the triple frame, tube and paper
And merge them visible. unhide all other layers.

Back on the merged mask layer, copy and paste one of the roses, move below the mask layer. position it on the top making it look like its coming out of the frame.
Duplicate this layer, image mirror. duplicate again, image flip, duplicate, image mirror.
Or use my tag as a reference. add a drop shadow.

Now open any other embellishments you want from the kit.
Add drop shadows. position where you want or use my tag as a reference.
Add your name in font of choice, drop shadow.

Add all artist copyright info, and your watermark.
Save as a .png file.

Mask of choice, Tube of choice, Font of choice.
I am using the artwork of Elias Chatzoudis. Please do not use the same tube

"Ready, Let's Go"

Open a new 600x600 blank canvas and floodfill with white.
Choose a paper from the i miss you kit, copy and paste onto canvas.
Open mask of choice, apply mask. Duplicate the mask layer,
On the original mask layer, add a gaussian blur of 20%, click ok.
Hide your white background, and merge the mask layers visible.
Unhide the white background. with mover tool, pull the mask layer out to fit canvas.

Open doodles of choice and place behind the merged mask layer.
Add a drop shadow of choice. Layers duplicate, image mirror, image flip
And place doodle where you want or use my tag as a reference.

Open a paper of choice, foreground set on pattern, background null.
Width 10 or whatever you choose, and holding down your shift key,
Draw a perfect circle, objects align, center in canvas and convert to a raster layer.
Add a drop shadow to the cirlce layer.
Select all, float, defloat, add noise of 50%, randon, monochrome checked, click ok.
Sharpen if needed.

With magic wand click inside the circle, expand by 3
Copy and paste a paper of choice, selections invert, hit delete select none.
Move the paper below the circle layer.

Back on the circle layer, magic wand, select all, float, defloat, expand by 3
Open your tube, copy and paste tube, selections invert, hit delete, select none.
Add a drop shadow to the tube of choice. move tube below the circle layer but above
The paper layer.

Open the roses from the kit and place it on top of your mask layer.
Add a drop shadow, place one on the top right corner, duplicate this layer,
And move it down a little bit. resize to your liking.
Now hide all layers except for your circle frame paper and tube and merge visible.
Unhide your white background.

Now decorate the tag the way you want to, or use mine as a reference.
Add drop shadows to all embellishments. Add your name in patter or colors,
To match your tag. add a drop shadow to your name.
Add artist copyright info and your watermark.
Merge all layers visible, save as .png file.

"Ok, Let's Begin"
Open a new blank 600x600 canvas and floodfill with white.
Open the Lilac_Dreams kit and copy and paste a paper of choice onto the canvas.
Open your mask of choice. go to layers, new mask layers from image.
Under source window, find your mask, source luminance checked,
Invert mask data checked, click ok, apply mask.
Duplicate the mask layer, on the original adjust, blur, gaussian blur 20%,
Click ok. Hide the white background, merge the 2 mask layers visible.
Add a slight drop shadow of your choice. Unhide white background.

Open blingdoodle 1 and blingdoodle 2, copy and past them on top of the mask layer.
Position them where you want them. add drop shadows, sharpen if needed.

Open Heartframe 1 and Laceframe 2, minimze the heartframe1 for now.
Copy and paste the lacefra,e onto your canvas. with magic wand, click inside
The circle, selections modify, expand by 6, copy and paste a paper of choice.
Selections invert, hit delete. select none. move the paper below the frame.
Add a drop shadow to the frame.

Back on the laceframe 2 layer, with magic wand, click inside the circle,
selections modify expand by 6, add your tube, position the tube inside the circle, Selections invert, hit delete, select none. add a drop shadow to the tube. move the tube below the frame.
Hide all layers except for the heartframe1, paper, and tube, merge visible.
Unhide all other layers.

Now add your tube again on top of all layers, and position her to the left side.
Position her to the bottom left on canvas. add a drop shadow to the tube.
Open the heartframe1, resize to your liking. with magic wand, click inside the heart,
selections modify expand by 4, copy and paste a paper of choice, selections, invert
Hit delete. selections none. add a drop shadow to the heartframe1.
Back on the heartframe1, with magic wand, selections modify, expand by 4,
Add your tube. position what you want showing inside the heart, selections, invert
Hit delete. select none. move the tube below the frame layer making sure its above
The paper layer. add a drop shadow to the tube. Hide all layers except for the heartframe1,
Paper and the tube, and merge visible. unhide all other layers.
Position the merged image layer to the bottom right side. Duplicate
This merged layer, image mirror, and position a little bit above the bottom image.
See my tag as a reference.

Now add any embellishments you want from the kit. see my tag for placement.
Add drop shadows. New raster layer, type your name in font of choice, using colors,
Or patterns from the kit as i did. add a drop shadow to your name, and
Place it down the bottom or anywhere you want.

Open the wordart2, resize and place it on top or where you want it.
Add a drop shadow. see my tag as a reference.

Add your watermark and artist copyright info.
Merge all layers visible. Save it as a .png file.

"Let's Start"

Open your template, duplicate it and close the original.
On the raster 7 layer, selections all, float, defloat, copy and paste paper of choice,
Selections invert, hit delete, select none. Delete the grey raster 7 layer.
Add a drop shadow. On the copy of raster 7 layer, repeat the steps above.

On the raster 3 layer, selections all, float, defloat, copy and paste paper of choice,
Selections invert, hit delete, select none. Delete the raster 3 layer.
Repeat the same steps on the copy of raster 3 layer.

On the raster 2 layer, selections all, float, defloat, copy and paste paper of choice,
Selections invert, hit delete, select none. Delete the raster 2 grey circle layer.
Repeat the same steps on the copy of raster 2 layer.

On raster 4 layer, selections all, float, defloat, copy and paste paper of choice,
Selections invert, hit delete. select none. back on raster 4 layer,
Add your tube, selections invert, hit delete, select none. add drop shadow to tube.

Repeat the same steps for raster 5.

On raster 6 layer, selections all, float, defloat, copy and paste paper of choice,
Selections invert, hit delete. select none. Delete raster 6 layer. Back on the
Raster 6 layer, selections all, float, defloat, add your tube, one that
Is lying down would be preferable, selections invert, hit delete.
Select none. add a drop shadow to the tube. make sure the tube is above
The paper layer.

On top of your white background, copy and paste paper of choice,
Open your mask and apply. Duplicate the mask layer,
And on the original mask layer, adjust, blur, gaussian blur of 20%, click ok.
Hide the white background and all other layers, and merge the mask layers.
Unhide all other layers. With the deform tool, pull out the mask to fit the canvas.
Add a slight drop shadow to the mask layer.

Open the little double frame from the kit. copy and paste it to canvas.
With magic wand, add shift, click inside the frame, expand by 2.
Copy and paste paper of choice, selections invert, hit delete. select none.
Back on the double frame layer, magic wand, expand by 2, add your tubes,
Selections invert, hit delete, select none. add drop shadows to the tubes.
Hide all layers except for the double frame, paper layer and the 2 tubes,
And merge these visible. unhide all other layers. move this image to the bottom
Right or wherever you want. See my tag as reference.

Add embellishments of your choice and place where you want,
Or use my tag as a reference. add drop shadows to embellishments.
Add your name, add a drop shadow.
Add Artist copyright info, and your watermark.
Save as a .png file.

Open a new 600x600 blank canvas and floodfill with white.

Copy and paste a paper of choice, open your mask and apply. Duplicate

The mask layer, and on the original, adjust, blur, gaussian blur of 20%, click ok.

Hide your white background, merge the mask layers visible.

Repeat the same steps above with a different paper.

Merge all the mask layers visible. unhide the white background.

Now with your preset shape tool set on eclipse, width 11,

Background closed/foreground with color or pattern of choice,

holding down your shift key, draw a circle. obejects, align, center in canvas.

With magic wand, click inside the circle, selections, modify, expand by 3,

Copy and paste paper of choice, selections invert, hit delete. select none.

Move the paper under the circle layer. add a drop shadow to the frame.

Back on the circle layer, select all, float, defloat, add noise, random of 25%.

And click ok, sharpen if needed.

Back on the circle layer, magic wand, expand by 3, add your tube,

And position where you want, selections invert, hit delete. select none. add

A drop shadow to your tube.

Add any embellishments of your choice, add drop shadows.

See my tag for placement, or place where you want.

Add your tube again above all other layers, move her down to the

Bottom right side, add a drop shadow to the tube.

Add your name in font of choice, add a drop shadow, sharpen.

Add your watermark and Artist copyright info.

Save tag as a .png file.

"Ready, Let's Go"

Open a new 600x600 blank canvas and floodfill with white.
Copy and paste a paper of choice from the kit, open your mask, go to layers, add mask from image, source window, find your mask in the dropdown menu, source luminance checked, invert unchecked, and click ok. apply mask. merge group on the mask layer.
Duplicate the mask layer and on the original mask layer, go to adjust, blur,
Gaussian blur of 20%, click ok. Hide the white background and merge the two mask layers. unhide the white background. add a slight drop shadow to the mask. (optional).
With your magic wand, click inside the circle on the mask layer, selections, modify,
Expand by 70-76, copy and paste paper of choice, selections invert, hit delete. select none. back on the circle, repeat the same steps as we just did for your tube. drop shadow the tube. move the tube above the paper layer.

Now pick 2 flower bunches from the kit. copy and paste them onto your canvas and place them under your mask layer. position one on top right, duplicate, image flip and place it to the bottom right. On the other flower bunch, place it in the middle of the previous flower bunches. add drop shadows. See my tag as a reference.

Open a frame from the kit and resize it to your liking. with magic wand, click inside the frame, selections modify, expand by 3, copy and paste a paper of choice, selections invert, hit delete. selections none. move the paper below the frame layer. add a drop shadow to the frame. back on the frame, magic wand, selections, modify, expand by 3, copy and paste tube, selections invert, hit delete, select none. add a drop shadow to the tube. Hide all layers except for the frame, paper and tube and merge visible.
Unhide all other layers. move this image we just made to the right side and place in the middle.

Add your tube again on top of all layers. position her to the left side. add a drop shadow to the tube. See my tag as a reference. now add embellishments of your choice,
Add drop shadows, sharpen if needed. place where you want. open the wordart and place it on the bottom middle, add a drop shadow, sharpen if needed.

Open paper 6 from the kit. copy and paste onto your canvas. apply mask.
Duplicate the mask layer, on the original mask layer, apply a gausian blur of 20%.
Click ok. Hide your white background and merge the masks layers. unhide white background. Using you deform tool, pull the mask out to fit the canvas.

On the mask layer, with magic wand click inside the circle, expand by 4.
Add your tube, position her inside the circle, selections invert, hit delete.
Add a drop shadow to the tube. move the tube below the mask layer.

Open the Glitter doodle 1, copy and paste on top of the merged mask layer.
Add a drop shadow, sharpen if needed. Place this layer to the top left on canvas.

Open Frame 3 from the kit, copy and paste onto your canvas.
Resize the frame to your liking.Place the frame to the top right side.
With magic wand, click inside the heart frame, expand by 4, and
Copy and paste paper 5, selections invert, hit delete. select none.
Hide the paper 5 layer, go back onto the heart frame layer, selections,
Expand by 4. add the tube, position her inside the frame, selections invert,
Hit delete. Add a drop shadow to the frame and the tube.
Hide all layers except for the heart frame, tube, and paper 5,
Merge these 3 visible. unhide all other layers. Duplicate the image we just made,
And move it down to the right side leaving a little space between them.

Open button 1 and copy and paste it onto your canvas. place it in between the 2 heart images. add a drop shadow to the button.

Add your tube again on top of all layers and position her to the bottom left.
Drop shadow the tube. open flowers 1 and 2 and position them behind the tube.
Drop shadow the 2 flowers. use my tag as reference for placement.

Open the heart charm and move it to the bottom, resize to your liking.
Add a drop shadow and sharpen if needed. move it below the tube layer.
Open one of the bottlecaps. i use the flower 3 one. drop shadow it.
And move it to the top left.
Open the skull charm 2 and place it to the top right. add drop shadow

Add the Devilicious wordart and place it to the top left, add a drop shadow.
Resize to your liking.
Add wordart 2 and place it under the devilicious wordart.
Resize to your liking. open your bow of choice. I used bow 3.
The choice is up to you. add a drop shadow to the bow, and position
The bow on the top. Add your name, drop shadow.

Add Artist copyright info and your watermark.
Save as a .png file.

Mask of choice, Tube of choice, Font Of Choice.

I used the Duchess Font. wordart of choice.

I used the word art of TinaLedBetter.

I am using the artwork of Ismael Rac, please Do Not use same tube

Without the proper license. you may find his tubes.

Ok, Ready?

Open a new 600x600 blank canvas and floodfill with white.

Open paper of choice from the kit, copy and paste it onto canvas.

Open your mask, go to layers, new mask layer from image, a box will pop up.

Source window, find your mask in the drop-down menu.

Source luminance checked, invert unchecked and click ok. apply mask.

Duplicate your masked layer. on the original mask layer, go to adjust,

Blur, gaussian blur of 20%, click ok. hide white background, merge the mask layers.

Unhide your white background.

Open the Flower Circle Frame from the kit.

Copy and paste onto your canvas. With magic wand, click inside the circle

Selections modify expand by 4, copy and paste paper of choice,

Selections, invert, hit delete, select none. move paper below the frame.

Add a drop shadow to the frame.

Back on the circle frame layer, magic wand, selections, modify, expend by 4.

Add your tube, position her where you want, selections, invert, hit delete.

Selections none. Add a drop shadow to your tube.

Add your tube again on top of all layers. Drop shadow tube.

Add any embellishments you want from the kit.

Position where you want or use my tag as a reference.

Add drop shadows to all embellishments. Sharpen if needed.

On the flower bunches you choose make sure you

Position them on top of the merged mask layer. add drop shadows.

Add your name in font of choice with colors or papers from the kit.

Add a drop shadow to your name.

Add all Artist copyright info, and your watermark.

Save as a .Png file.
